Journal of Mohandas K. Gandhi
April 10, 1930 – Yerwada Jail, Pune Threads in the Wind The wind is stronger today. It presses against the bars of my window like a traveler trying to deliver news without a name. It carries the scent of dry earth, sweat, perhaps even distant jasmine. There is dust in the air, but also something else — a rhythm, a thrum, as if all of India is breathing just under the surface.

Journal of Mohandas K. Gandhi
April 2, 1930 – Yerwada Jail, Pune The Viceroy’s Silence I now write from behind stone and steel. Three mornings ago, they came at twilight — when the wind still carries the scent of sleeping earth. Two constables, pale and wordless, escorted a higher officer who stood at the door of my hut like a ghost from another play. I had already folded my mat and finished my prayers. I invited them in, offered warm water and silence. They declined the former and misunderstood the latter.

APRIL 2025 Nettie grins widely as she speaks. “She reminisced for a time, but Thomas was patient. He knew he’d be getting the story of a lifetime, so he sat in silence with her until she was ready. They remained that way for half an hour; she only looked back at him when the sky got so dark, she couldn’t see the water anymore.”

Her County: Part 4
PART 1 PART 2 PART 3 I had been running for some time before exhaustion overcame me. Every time I whipped around, looking behind me to the blackened woods, my eyes were haunted by the lingering imprint of those wide, hollow pupils, etched into my mind. I slowed, coming to an overgrowth, falling onto my hands and knees, laboriously heaving straining breaths. My elbows buckled with each inhale, quaking threateningly with every hot sigh, like some retching animal. My eyes stung as I forced them open, quickly realising every blink brought back that horrid face, hiding in the darkness of my eyelids. The jagged and harsh menagerie of splintered twigs, damp moss, and dirt sprinkled rocks were a hazy blur in my sight.

"Flight 914: Time Traveler or Tall Tale?"
There are countless mysteries in the world of aviation—from vanished aircraft to baffling black box recordings—but few tales have captured the imagination of the public quite like the legend of Flight 914. Said to be a passenger flight that disappeared in 1955 only to reappear decades later, this story sounds like a script from a science fiction movie. Yet, for many, it lingers in the realm between myth and reality. Is Flight 914 a genuine mystery, or is it a modern-day urban legend fueled by sensationalism?
