So let's dive in ,
angler fish are dead sea animals that are named for their method of fishing for their prey , they have a dorsal fin located on the head and its similar to fishing rod tipped with a fleshy bait . their preys will be attracted to the bait on angler fish head , making it easy for angler fish to swallow them .
angler fishes are over 300 species living at various ocean depths.
the most fascinating thing about angler fish is their mating life , a male angler fish never mature without attaching to a female and they will die if they cannot find one female to attach to .
when a male angler fish mates with the female , they melt into each other and share their bodies as one forever ,its tiny mouth dissolves into the females skin and the two become one in the process, the female gains his Cells ,DNA and reproductive organs, the male becomes a sexual parasite of the female, when a male fuses on to a female angler fish , he no longer needs his eyes , he only relies on the female for all his nutrition.
the only vital thing that the male provides is a constant supply of sperm, this ensures that the female can produce fertile eggs for the rest of her life ,making him vital to the specie survival.
multiple angler fish males can be attached and fuses to one female, a single female can have upto 8 males attached to her and depending on her for survival.
the jaw and stomach of a angler fish can extend and expand to allow it to swallow prey up to twice its size , angler fish likes to eat abundance of food and store food for the later consumption .
in other angler fish species, the male is closer to the females in sizes and they only encounter her to mate ,these males spend the rest of their life hunting for themselves and living alone in the marine kingdom.
angler fishes are hunted down in deep sea by bigger fishes and reptiles and they can live up to 25 years in the sea.

My homie said if he have the power to change Himself and nature , he going to be angler fish .lol I asked why ? And man told me straight up he doesn't wanna work and love to depend on women for survival 😂.

I did not know that about some species of angler fish.... I foresee a dark web rabbit hole of googling: "male angler fish fused to female angler fish" images. I hate myself. LOL. Advice to your friend? If he is lazy, has no ambition, he will only attract lazy unambitious women. And then they will both be hungry and homeless. If he has no ambition to be something more than a bum, then he better hope he's handsome, and find himself a rich older woman, because rich older women need a lot of attention and they will pay him for his services.
I found it amusing to hear your friend's desire to become an angler fish, but it’s an interesting take on dependency. In real life, being self-reliant and working hard is much more valuable. Tell him that everyone should trust their abilities. It’s worth considering that by working towards his dreams, he can achieve satisfaction and freedom. Self-reliance is a strength that helps us face challenges.

I'd rather be a turtle. They live longer and even when they travel to different waters, they are never homeless.
