Beauty Picks for Oily and Acne Prone Skin
Your face is how you are recognized. The arrangement of your eyes, nose mouth and forty-three muscles that move your face into expressions that are all your own are how people know you. A zit, or two, or more, or a little oil slick across your nose are highly unwelcome on the landscape that is your unique face. That’s why I have written some tips and pointers along with products to help for skin care and makeup for oily and acne prone skin.

Say aloe to my little friend!
Having good makeup is only half the battle. You need to take care of what lies beneath. Good quality makeup can be expensive so I like to save money and use natural, yet effective, homemade concoctions for my skincare routine. I used to use expensive bb creams, day creams, night creams, moisturizers and serums but not anymore!

From 'Mumsy Mum' to 'Pretty Mum'
Before you read any further, I would just like to point out that I am in no way a ‘beauty blogging expert’. I’d describe myself as a mum who is just delving back into the world of makeup. Some might say I am a mum who has watched too many episodes of Glow Up and decided to add MUA into my wish-list of potential careers, underneath custom cake baker, teen fiction writer, pet portrait artist and webtoon creator.

Your Search for the Holy Grail is Over: My Extensive Beauty Bible.
I'm going to be honest. I'm bad at makeup. I'm good at baking cakes, but not at baking my face. By the end of the day I'm beat, but my makeup is certainly not on fleek. But that doesn't stop me from having fun with beauty products. And I can proudly say, at 28, I have finally found a makeup and skincare routine that works for me. It only took about a decade of trial and error.

Red Lip Revolution
Shortly after I turned 30, I rediscovered the power of red lipstick. Mind you, it is not as if I had never worn it before. During the dance and theater years of my adolescence, red lipstick was a mandatory part of my stage makeup arsenal. However, once the lights went down and the makeup wipes came out, so went my rouged lips. After the curtain call, I was done playing dress-up for the stage and returning to my reality as a high school student who was not allowed to wear such a vibrant hue in my day to day. This "rule" stuck with me into my twenties. I internalized the belief that my lips were only suited for nude glosses and lip balms to offset their fullness, and that to call attention to them would be inappropriate. Red lipstick was too bold, too attention-seeking, and just simply too much for a "good girl," like myself.

My Acne Journey that led me to MetroGel.
As a child I never really thought that acne was ever going to be a problem because my mom never had any issues and my dad for the most part didn't have any issues. I should have concentrated more on my dad though. He would have a weird breakout once or twice out of nowhere.

The Long Skincare Journey
As you can see from my photo, I have some hyperpigmentation. Dry skin around my mouth and oily around my nose. My forehead? Oh the skin there is perfect. I should also let you know by way of introductions that the hyperpigmentation is mixed with acne scars, because, in spite of my good intentions, I touch my face. A LOT. I'm 43 with acne. Acne so bad that I could wash my face and put on makeup at 9am, and by noon be completely broken out. I'm also allergic to a ton of things and so finding a skincare routine that works to simply keep my skin quiet is no small task.

Is It Possible To Remove A Tattoo Permanently Without Laser?
Laser tattoo removal is the most effective way to erase the tattoo. Though it is not always fruitful, lasers can solely operate rigorously on darkened tones while the light-toned tattoos lay hold of more sitting for the stain to dissolve entirely.

The Holy Grail
My holy grail is my daily routine, When I wake in the morning I wash my face very well, let my face dry, after that I spray my face with soothing rose facial mist. After that dries I moisturize with under eye cream and than i switch off between loreal age perfect face cream and or i also use whipped argan oil. I really do love the whipped argan oil. You only need a little and it goes a long way.
