A Classic Rock Workout
For those about to rock, don't hurt yourselves. Chances are, if you remember when Mick and the Boys really were not much more than boys, you might need a kinder, gentler workout. That's not to say you can't enjoy the hard rocking tunes of your youth. It's not just for the old timers, everyone click on the video above and get started with "Start Me Up," it's bound to get you moving and warmed up. You can just prance around like Mick in your own living room, that's pretty safe.

10 Songs Covers that Don't Exist. Top Story - November 2020.
Whether you love it or hate it when musicians cover other artists songs, it's been a long-going tradition ever since the music industry begun. Covers are everywhere through Youtube videos, karaoke nights and your local church session. There are good covers and bad covers. A good cover will bring a whole new life into a song like Placebo's cover of Kate Bush's Running Up That Hill. It can even make people forget that it's a cover at all like Sinead O'Connor's Nothing Compares 2 U.

Your Badass Morning Run
Running is my workout of choice because it's like a moving meditation, especially on trails, surrounded by nature. But I'm not a purist. Music is a non-negotiable for me. It's part of the whole endorphin rush experience, so I'm going to take you on a little run and an eclectic musical tour.

t.A.T.u. Albums Ranked
The relationship between Yulia Volkova and Lena Katina mystified millions back in the day. What possessed two teenage girls to make out in music videos and on stage? For every person they made drool, there was another person fuming and asking for their content to be banned. People asked if they were really a couple or if it was all just an act. Their relationship still gets people asking questions, but it's under different circumstances. Regardless of the nature of their relationship, the whole act says a lot about how women and young girls are treated. To this day, they're still Russian's biggest import.

The Emotional Push-Up
Running On Notes I am certain that the ongoing (everlasting) pandemic has left many of you at an emotional expense. Unfortunately, the restrictions have taken us away from many of our prior joys in the social world. Although isolation is not ideal, our time at home has helped us reconstruct our busy schedules and find new goals to achieve. We have nearly endless interests to pursue, but some of the longest-standing are improving your personal physique and learning those marvellous melodies. I believe each of those skills take an enormous amount of effort and diligence to successfully perform, regrettably, this article will only vastly improve one.

Space Coast Schizo Summer Shutdown Song-List(Phew!)
These selections are definitely not for the general public. Perhaps a few songs are well known. I definitely tried to reach somewhat deep for music and inspiration on this list. I mixed classics with deep cuts to for a schizo blend of music for summer. Carefully curated for the adventurous at heart. I live with schizoaffective disorder, and my brain is literally schizo from time to time. I hope this playlist shows my true self and what keeps me motivated during a pandemic, stuck inside during the summer, and being isolated from the world. I almost didn't make it through at the beginning of the country shutdown. These songs, with therapy and medicine have put me on a better path. Please take the time to watch the 20 song playlist, even if some of it isn't your taste. May you find something to move and shake you. This is my list. Be prepared, you aren't expecting this.

Fighting Against the Monotony of Fitness
Ever since getting into my current relationship almost two years ago, I gained between 30-40lbs. Following my high school graduation, I weighed 235lbs. I was overweight, didn't workout, and hated how I looked. Getting into college made me adapt to a new daily routine; I ate differently, rode a bicycle indoors, occasionally went to the gym, and did some workouts from home. Over the following four years or so, I weighed around 185lbs.

The Workout mix
Work out playlist #2 is my happy mood playlist. Its for the days when im already bouncing around excitedly and dont need a pick me up to remind me why I started my workout goals to begin with. All of the songs are older and more about personal excitement than beats or harmony. The memories of jumping, dancing, singing, and rapping along with this music in my past is enough to hype me up during my workout. So taking a very short ride down memories lane my first song on the playlist is Skrillex's First Of The Year. It gives me a chance to start off steady and build myself up for a nice positive session. Its an oldie but nothing has ever been made quite like it. Next up would be Imagine dragons- radioactive. This one also has a nice mellow start allowing me my 26 seconds of rest and then BOOM! The beat with this song helps me with my reps and I can actually move to the beat. I go full throttle until the end. I do a lot of cardio and hiit sessions so upbeat and fun types of songs are needed.

13 Hip Hop & R&B tracks that grace my playlist
Gucci Frames - Asiahn This track is fueled by a ridiculous instrumental featuring a violinist. But that's not all. Layered on top of the hypnotic beat is Asiahn's distinctively piercing, emotion-filled voice. She hits notes that I imagine Sirens from Greek mythology being able to hit. The voice is piercing, the lyrics are hip and engaging but with a more precise vocal performance than we get from today's radio R&B artists. It's 120 seconds of pure vibe. She tweeted about a remix to elongate the joint so I guess I'll just have to wait with bated breath till she drops it.
