What's Inside A Wasp's Nest | What's Inside?
This is a wasp next. In the wild, some of these nests are built underground using clay or mud. But you might be most familiar with the paper nests -- the ones built out of saliva and pulp, typically found attached to buildings or trees.

American Teen Wakes Up From Coma Speaking FLUENT Spanish
This story was sent to me and although it happened a couple months ago I really wanted to comment on it in September of this year a teenager from Georgia named Ruben Simo and I'm sorry If I'm Saying that incorrectly Anyway ruben was playing Soccer When he was kicked in the head and suffered a serious concussion he had to be airlifted to a hospital and was in a coma for 3 Days and when he woke up something really strange happened the first Words out of his mouth was Tango ombre War I'm hungry in Spanish and This Is strange because Ruben only knew a few phrases in Spanish before his accident and the only contact he had with Spanish speakers was His brother Who studied in Spain and his Spanish speaking teammates but now Ruben is able to speak Spanish fluently For The First Time In his life also what's strange is that he could No longer speak English well He told time that it started flowing out I felt like it was like second Nature for me I wasn't speaking my English right and every time i tried to speak it I would have a seizure in the Weeks After The accident Ruben gradually recovered the ability to speaking English and now He speaks both languages fluently although he says the Spanish has begun to fade this phenomenon is rare but not unheard of and although the Medical community cannot explain it they do have a name for it it's called the foreign Accent syndrome sometimes the foreign language syndrome and dozens of cases has been reported from around the world with the first reported in 1941 When A Norwegian Woman suffered sharp no injuries to the Brain during a German bombing run and started speaking with a German Accent another interesting case happened 3 years ago When police found a Navy vet unconscious in a South California Hotel When he woke up he had No Memory of his life and spoke only Swedish in Australia a former Bus Driver got into a serious car accident that left her with a Broken back and jaw when She woke up She was left with something completely unexpected a French Accent and in a previous video on this channel I covered the story of a 25 year-old living in England Who woke up from a car crash and spoke Perfect French Anyway most researchers such as Dr Karen CR one of the few experts in foreign Accent syndrome told CNN a few years ago Speech is one of the most complicated things we do and There are a lot of bring sensors involved in coordinating a lot of Moving parts If one or more of them are damaged that can affect the timing Melody and attention of their Speech but that doesn't really explain how people are waking Up and suddenly are fluent in a different language so to me and this is just My opinion There are only two explanations that sort of make Sense one is that our Brain is just insane awesome and somehow it absorbs Everything we come in contact with in our life it's like downloading in the matrix Everything we come in contact with our Brain just somehow absorbs and kind of like How hypnosis can somehow bring forth hidden memories so with the right Trigger We can Tab into those Skills We didn't even know We had another possibility is that people suffering from foreign language syndrome is somehow tapping into their past lives because if you think about it If We had ped lives then Of course We would have been born in different Places All around the world and does have spoken different languages and somehow Deep down we still remember them what I really don't buy into is that This is Simply a timing or tension of the Speech thing I mean people are waking up from comas speaking fluent languages they didn't know before There is definitely something really mysterious going on and it is not that easily explained so guys Let's talk about it I really want to know what you think let me know in the comments do you feel like this phenomenon is happening only because of some sort of Speech thing or you think it's something more mysterious let me know in the comments below Thank you all so much for watching see you

5 People Who MIRACULOUSLY Survived The Impossible
There's going to be a time in our lives When Death knocks at our doors and the only thing we can do is accept Our Fate I mean if we're meant to die then we might as well accept it right but some people defy the odds and they somehow slip away from death's grasp the miraculous survival to horrific scenarios prove that they are either really lucky or they will be involved in real life Final Destination scenarios at some point so here are several lucky individuals who survived the impossible first off we have the luckiest unluckiest guy alive France celak a cro Asian music teacher was born in 1929 he survived not one but six accidents that all could have taken his life his first near-death experience happened in January of 1962 when the train he was riding fell off the tracks and landed in a freezing River 17 of the Train's passengers died but CAC survived with a mere broken arm and a few scratches one year later in 1963 CAC was at death's door again he was riding in a plane and was thrown out due to a door that suddenly blew open 19 people died from that accident but CAC survived a fall from the plane because he very cartoonishly landed on a hay stack the third time was in 1966 when CAC was on a bus that once again fell into a river four people died from that incident but like before cak survived unharmed then in 1970 his car caught on fire when he was casually driving miraculously he was able to escape the car before the fuel T exploded and was once again unharmed in 1973 only 3 years later his car caught on fire again and besides burning his hair off he once again walked away unscathed another bus accident happened in 1995 this time CAC was hit by a bus but didn't receive any major injuries finally in 1996 celac was trying to dodge a oncoming truck on a Mountain Road and it drove off a cliff his car fell 300 ft and exploded but somehow CAC was saved when he landed on top of a tree number two the Lightning Man Roy Sullivan was a forest ranger in Virginia and over the course of his 36 years of working as a ranger he was struck by lightning seven times and miraculously survived all the jolts his first lightning strike experience was in 1942 when the lightning hit his leg and chipped off his toenail the next one struck him in 1969 and it stripped him of his eyebrows and made him pass out in 1970 a strike hurt his shoulder and in 1972 a lightning strike set his hair on fire one year later in 1973 his hair was set on fire once again in 1976 he was struck by lightning but escaped with an injured ankle and finally on June 25th 1977 solivan was struck and received injuries to his chest and stomach resulting in an ugly hospital visit because of all the times he was struck by lighting and lived solivan made it into the Guinness Book of World Records so maybe Zeus was drunk and playing a game of how close can I strike a hen bagen Holm who was a Swedish radiologist in 1999 she was on a ski trip and was hitting down a steep hill when she suddenly lost control of her skis and fell into a frozen stream her upper body fell into a hole that opened up in the ice and she was trapped under the ice for 80 minutes in extremely freezing water the I was almost 8 in thick and she had no way of escaping her feet and skis were above the ice while the rest of her body was underneath during that time Anna experienced hypothermia and circulatory arrest thankfully she was a bble to find an air pocket under the ice which probably saved her life this was a really strange case because people aren't supposed to survive being trapped for even half the time she spent under the ice after she was rescued more than aund doctors and nurses spent 9 hours trying to save her and I woke up 10 days later and eventually recovered completely despite a few nerve problems and finally number five the woman who fell from 33,000 ft you know when you get on a commercial flight and the captain will always come on the PA system and tell you that he's was cruising altitude and it's now safe to move about the cabin now imagine at this point there's an explosion and you come crashing to the ground the chances of survival should be zero but it's not because a woman has fallen from 30,300 Ft and has miraculously survived on January 26th 1972 a flight attendant named Vesna volovic was on a Yugoslav Airline dc9 HED for Denmark when the plane was torn apart by an explosion there were 22 other passengers and crew on board the plane and lesna was the only Survivor rescue workers found her in the mangled section of the plane's tail and she was badly hurt she suffered a fractured skull three broken vertebrae that left her initially paralyzed from the waist down she was then in a coma for 27 days how the plane was brought down is still a mystery some say it was a bomb planted by Croatian separatists others say it was the Czech Air Force but the greatest mystery has to be how Vesna was able to fall from over 33,000 ft in the air survive and then make a full recovery and is still not afraid to fly I've actually had a real life near-death experience myself and I told this story in a couple of videos before anyway I was like 6 years old in China and uh there was this little mini Highway in front of our apartment complex and I remember one day me and my friend were playing and we saw a school bully who would always pick on us and he was running towards us with like like a stick or something like he was going to beat us up and we got kind of scared so we darted across this highway without looking because we were just trying to run away from him and I remember at the time the traffic was going so fast all we could see was the headlights just moving so quickly but we didn't even look we just ran across the road and for some reason he was able to follow us across the road then we decided no let's run back so we ran back and for a split second I hesitated I stopped in the middle of the road and all I felt was Wham and I flew up I think I don't know how high in the air but I knew it was high because later when I talked to my friend he said he was laughing really hard because I flew so high anyway I was knocked into the air um all the traffic stop on the road um I'm lying there the truck driver comes running to me he's like oh oh my God I got to get you to the hospital because you know I can't believe I just hit you with all that force and the only thought in my head was no I just got to go home so I told him I'm like no I'm okay I'm okay I'm going to go home and by this time I was surrounded by people because everyone saw this and they were all like oh my God this kid is like kid should be dead if he's alive we got to take him to a hospital so everyone was trying to take me to a hospital I was like no no no I'm really I'm okay I'm okay I walked around for them and they really saw that I was okay so then they let me go only later when I got home I was like Mom I got hit by a truck so then she started freaking out and took me to a hospital to make sure I was okay and I didn't have a scratch on me so I don't know how these things happen I do believe in fate I do believe that we all have a certain time that's our time and um other times it's not our time so we'll be safe No Matter What or I'm going to get Final Destination off later but let me hear your thoughts about all this and if you have a near-death experience story to share post it in the comments below thank you all so much for watching this video see you

Atacama Desert's Mummified Skeleton
This is a really interesting story so about 15 years ago the discovery of a six inch mummified skeleton from northern Chile's Atacama Desert led to widespread speculation about his origins because well it's six inches in the bone of contention was whether the skeletal remains were that of an alien in all recognized primate species wore a human fetus because if you're just looking at this there's definitely something really strange about it the mummified skeleton was found when an immature collector by the name of Oscar Munoz chanced upon a leather pouch containing a white cloth this was where he was exploring La Noria a deserted nitrate mining tally in Chile's Atacama region where he unwrapped a cloth Oscar uncovered a skeleton hence named as aha after the set of this finding now the presumption of otta being in Alien continued for many years until recently when a genomic analysis shed a new light on his incest trait no just looking at this I mean III think I woulda guessed alien because with a height of about six inches out as diminutive frame really stood out despite its tiny size the skeleton was fully formed with matured features it exhibited hardened teeth and elongated an angular skull pronounced oval and slanted eye sockets and ten pairs of ribs as opposed to the standard twelve pairs of an adult human the skeleton was estimated to be around 40 years old and preliminary attempts to date his bone age led to the conclusion that the specimen was that of a young child aged no more than six were eight years in looking at it it's really no surprise that since artists are earthing in 2003 the probability of the atacama humanoid being in alien has been right more so because of a 2013 UFO documentary titled Syria's which few the conjecture in this documentary American you apologist Steven M Greer attempted to demystified the origin of otta and speculated that the mummy had its Genesis in extraterrestrials so intrigued by the mystery surrounding artists origins and Gary P Nolan a professor of microbiology and immunology at Stanford University decided to conduct an in-depth analysis of the skeletons well-preserved DNA by extracting a sample from the bone marrow of artists ribs accordingly necessary permissions were shot from the skeletons present Ramon the via soryo who eventually bought Tata from Oscar Munoz and treasured it in a private collection in Spain the genetic study of the skeleton made some startling revelations which indicated that not only was Atta a human female but she was probably of Chilean descent but the likelihood of her parallel lineage to European ancestry not being ruled out either moreover the whole genome sequence analysis divulged that otta had a rare bone aging this water triggered by multiple mutations in the genes associated with bone development this premature aging disease gave rise to the false impression of her being much older than she truly was the extent of the skeletons genetic defects in his tiny size further suggests a probable cause of miscarriage for the possibility that the skeletal remains belong to a premature bore human fetus wore a stillborn baby so this is true what exactly was the nature of artists bone disease that led to the accelerated aging of her bones and her bizarre appearance well DNA analysis attributes artists deformed form to the 64 mutations in the seven genes related to the development of the skeletal system these genetic mutations are thought to be the cause behind the anomalous specimens various and muscular skeletal abnormalities ranging from dwarfism and rib count oddity to scoliosis also a series of mutations occurred in several other genes including those linked to collagen production according to dr.

Doctor SWEARS He Traveled to Edge of HELL & Saw Angels During Own Surgery
What happens after we die is a question really no one can ever truly answer I mean we all have our beliefs some of us like myself believe in reincarnation some believe in heaven and hell and some don't believe anything at all I just read this article that was sent to me and it was pretty interesting it talks about a doctor named rajie party who was the chief anesthetist at Bakersfield Heart Hospital in California and how he would always dismiss his own patients when they tell him about their out-of- body experience until he had his own Dr party described himself as a very materialistic person he has made a lot of money which he spends on nice cars a huge house and he puts a lot of pressure on his kids to make a lot of money as well this was until one day he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and after a series of surgeries nothing got better one day at home Dr party suddenly felt weak and was rushed to the hospital with a bad infection and immediately went in for surgery he said that after he was was put under he had an outof Body Experience where he could see himself being operated on he said everything was so clear to him he could see everything and hear everything going on in the room in fact he even heard and remembered an off-color joke made by one of the doctors then from the operating room he was transported back to when he was a child with his mother and sister in India he was able to see his mother and sister so perfectly he could even remember the exact clothes they were wearing right after that though everything turned terrifying Dr party said he heard screams of pain and anguish and he was drawn in to the edge of a flaming Canyon where he smelled smoke and burning flesh and he knew that he was on the Edge of Hell there he heard a voice that said you have led a materialistic and selfish life at the same time he kept seeing visions of his life where he put material things above actually helping other people Dodger party then said he was helped away from the Edge of Hell by two angels who told him to reevaluate his life and that he would eventually become a he heer of souls when Dr party woke up he was in the hospital and he tried telling the doctors what he saw even repeating the exact joke that he heard during his surgery although the doctors were surprised that he was able to recall the joke they did not believe him and just thought that he may have just woken up a bit during that part of the surgery but Dr party was convinced of his experience so much so that he quit his job sold his house and cars and established a new practice to help people through meditation and other alternative methods now near-death experiences for ndes are more common than you think in fact ndes are reported by an estimated 200,000 Americans a year and studies around the world suggest ndes are a common Human Experience since 1992 13 million Americans were 5% of the nation's population had experienced a near-death experience so personally I I do believe that Dr party did have an actual outof body experience and I believe he saw what he saw but let me know what you guys think next up in a bit too quick L make computers into our human overlords Google's AI company Deep Mind has now partnered up with Blizzard Entertainment so that his computers can play the Starcraft games and by doing so develop more advanced AI algorithms capable of learning reasoning remembering and adapting complex strategies to win now if you didn't know Google's AI has already mastered a number of games including the classic atori breakout which it mastered in 2 hours and it was so good at the the Chinese board game go that had beat the human gold Champion earlier this year but now the AI will be dealing with multiple human opponents it's got to manage resources and work out the best way to win on a map where nothing is revealed until Scouts are sent out and it's got to deal with the fields between Jim and carrian so basically we are teaching computers on how to beat us in space combat and to not pity us at all when we try to beg it for Mercy by telling it a mushy soft story finally 35-year-old renit Singh from Northern India is trying to set a new world record for lifting super heavy objects with his beard Mr Sing who works as a factory worker first started lifting objects with his beard in 2010 after being inspired by stunts he seen on television so he decided that same day that he will prepare himself for a Guinness Book of World Records and get his country a record in beard lifting he started facial hair workouts from videos he found online and became more confident after lifting his first 10 lb object object from then on he lifted a boy and now he can lift a person who weighs around 120 lbs currently the beard lifting record is 138 lbs belonging to antanas krias from Lithuania but sing is looking to break that record by lifting 141 lbs he does say that most of his family finds what he's doing pretty embarrassing but his 10-year-old son sees him as a hero because he can do something that no other dads can do and if you look at that picture yeah his wife doesn't seem all that thrilled but hey who knows maybe beard man would make an appearance in the next Avengers movie but seriously as kind of weird as this story is I really do respect people who set out to achieve something and actually does it and I hope Mr Sing does end up breaking the record in this video we talked about a doctor who saw how Google is training the next Skynet and the man who has a beard who could lift more than most of us.

The Legendary 'Sword in The Stone' IS REAL & You Can Visit It
I want to bring you guys more interesting topics just overall better videos and we've been getting a lot of feedback about the audio quality of the show that's why in this episode we're going to try something different we're going to use a different audio option so hopefully you guys will like it so with that said let's get on to the video here is the story of the real life Sword in the Stone so with that said let's get on to the video and today we're going to talk about the story of the real life Sword in the Stone the story of King Arthur in The Sword in the Stone is one of the most famous British Legends for centuries this aoran story has been passed down from one generation to another through various literary works of authors and Poets The Sword and the stone which some believe to be the same as the world famous Excalibur essentially tells the tale of an embedded sword that could only be pulled out from the stone by the one true king of England the retrieval of the sword was deemed unlikely to be accomplished by any other man until the Future King Arthur managed to do the impossible proving his Divine appointment as the king and true heir of Uther Pendragon however the story of a mythical sword stuck in a is not entirely unique to the well-known arthan Legend in fact a similar yet lesser known story can be found in the Italian region of Tuscany which some experts have suggested to be the real inspiration behind the British Legend This Is The Sword in the Stone of St galano and unlike King Arthur's Excalibur an actual 12th century sword believed to be the very same sword that St galgano thrust into the Bedrock still exist today Saint galgano is considered to be the first saint whose canonization was conducted to a formal process by the Roman Catholic Church much of his life is known through the documents from the processing of his canonization in 1185 which is just a few years after his demise there are also a number of written works by later authors that covered the Saint's life gagano ghati was born in 1148 in Chino in the modern province of Sienna Italy being the son of a minor Noble he had spent his youth as a wealthy Knight solely concerned with the worldly pleasures that had to offer trained in The Art of War galano was both arrogant and violent however all of that changed as he later renounced the idealogies of warfare and subsequently chose the path of a Hermit St galo's path to Holiness begin with a vision of the Archangel Michael who incidentally is often depicted as a Warrior Saint according to one version of the legend the Archangel Michael appeared before Saint galgano and showed him the path to Salvation with the angel providing him directions to the place where he should go to a achieved this on the following day St galgano declared his intention of becoming a Hermit and took up residency in a nearby cave which was met with ridicule from his family and friends Donia gano's mother managed to convince her son to pay a visit to his fiance one last time before he completely renounces all worldly pleasures and so wearing his expensive nober men's clothing he rolled a horse and set out to visit his fiance however on his way there his horse suddenly reared throwing him off his back right then galgano felt an invisible force lift him to his feet and an irresistible sfic voice led him to mount cepe a hill nearby his hometown of Chino when he reached the foot of the Hill The Voice B galgano to be still and to look up at the top of the hill there he saw a vision of a round the temple with the 12 apostles surrounding Jesus and Mary The Voice instructed him to climb the hill and while he was doing so the vision he saw faded once he reached the top of the hill galano heard the voice speak again and this time it commanded him to renounce all his worldly desires gagano however objected since the task was easier said than done he went on to say that to accomplish such a feat was as easy as splitting a rock with a sword it simply cannot be done in order to prove his point gagano drew his sword and attempted to thrust it into the rocky ground but to his surprise and amazement his blade went through the stone as easy as hot knife through butter having understood the Divine message loud and clear G permanently resided on the hill as a humble hermit leading a life in poverty while he led a simple and humble life far different from the extravagant lifestyle he once had as a nobleman St galgano was visited occasionally by peasants looking for his Blessing he also made friends with the wild animals he lived with according to one Legend the devil once sent an assassin in the guise of a monk to kill galano however the snct managed to survive the ordeal because the wild wolves he was living with attacked the Killer and nled on his bones at the young age of 33 galgano met his demise in 1181 and was canonized 4 years later his funeral was considered a major event at the time and was attended by Bishops and Abbotts the following year the bishop of ala placed mon CP under the care of San monks knowing that they would erect The Shrine in gano's memory they began the construction of a around the temple in 1185 and this became known as capella deepi the chapel is located just above the main Abbey and houses the legendary sword of St galgano up to this day for centuries the Sword in the Stone in mon was widely believed to be a fake except by the most devout however research in the 21st century revealed that based on the composition of its metal as well as its style the sword is indeed from the 12th century the sword has a pretty basic design it Pummel is flat and slightly egg-shaped with a truncated form while it guard is a straight bar of Steel in his style is typically associated with known weapons of the 12th century in 2001 a metal analysis conducted by Luigi gargash Shelli of the University of pava revealed that the sword is indeed very old with no Clear Proof to support the claims that the sword is a recent fake ground penetrating radar analysis also revealed a 2 m by 1 M cavity beneath the sword believed to be a burial recess which possibly contains sa gano's body meanwhile carbon dating confirmed that the two mummified arms housed in the same Chapel at Moni were also indeed from the 12th century this Auto kind of grotesque somewhat supports the legend that anyone who attempts to remove the sword from the stone had their arms ripped from their bodies although the recent scientific research and evidence proving that the sword as well as the mummified arms in Capella deat have existed around the 12th century may not be fullprof evidence that the Sword and the stone is indeed St gano's blade but it does paint a shade of Truth to the story now let's talk about St galgano sword versus King Arthur's Excalibur there are those who argue that The Sword in the Stone Legend of King Arthur did not originate from the Celtic fringes of Britain or France but in Italy it is also interesting to note that the first story mentioning King Arthur pulling a sword from an envil on top of a stone appeared in one of the poems written by 13th century French poet Robert debor and that these poems were written several decades after galo's canonization by the Roman church but at that time word of St gano's life may have already traveled across Europe with the legend of King Arthur in his sword likely to have been inspired by the story of the reformed Italian Knight although the two stories share very similar elements each convey a different message and fulfills a different purpose The arthor Legend Of The Sword in the Stone is a story that displays the might glory and the mythical qualities of King Arthur to do the impossible demonstrated by the unlikely retrieval of a sword the story of St galgano sword on the other hand speaks of Faith humility and the path to Holiness by doing the opposite which is thrusting a blade into a Rock Solid Ground And although Saint gano's story may just be a curious Legend much like the story of King Arthur and the Excalibur its Legacy is far from forgotten the round temple in MPI is still standing in is safekeeping the sword believed to have belonged to Gano as well as the mummified forearms that supposedly belong to a man who dared to pull out that very same sword the walls of the Abbey of San galano on Mont are still Standing Tall and has since become a tourist spot for its haunting Beauty history and architecture and of course the legend so there you go guys hope you enjoyed the video and if you did please hit that thumbs up button I would really appreciate that also let me know in the comments assuming the whole King Arthur thing is true would you rather be King Arthur who pulled a sword from the stone and became a legendary ruler or would you rather be St Gano and put the sword into the song lived a very simple hermit lifestyle and then eventually became a saint for me I I think I would choose gano's route I mean yeah he did give up everything his fiance his worldly possessions he was a rich Playboy night dude and he gave all that up to become a Hermit but it did really seem like he was at peace and also I I really respect people who can give up uh maybe something that many of us would consider really hard to give up so in gano's example riches Fame probably and to give all that up and pursue something you really feeling about regardless of how much ridicule is bestowed upon you by your family and friends so I really respect that and and I think that would be my choice as well but let me know what you guys think in the comments

CAN You SEE DEAD People?! Steps on How to Contact the Dead!
Death the final frontier maybe maybe not there's really no way to avoid the one destination that whole life has to reach and no matter how hard one tries to hold on to things like cars houses money even our bodies I mean death to some degree it lurks in and haunts us and because death is the ultimate mystery we always wonder what it really is if there's some form of life even after death because there's really hard leaves for me to fully comprehend will understand that okay when you're dead that's it blackness warm food that's it and that's why so many people throughout the ages try to find the answer of what death really is and if there's more life beyond it and the methods we used to find these answers well some are more let's say conventional than the others there's religion of course but also things like séances and even psychic sessions however there is another way that is a Monda rose-less travel when it comes to try to find out what's in the great beyond of death cycle mantium which is a particular practice of mirrored gazing and many people use this to unlock the mysteries of death I just want to say not a fan of des don't try this at home psychomanteum is not a new practice rather it's a new name given to an older version of necromancy that was used in ancient Greece back then people very much like us today ponder the meaning of life and does what is that even in what can be considered antiquity human beings one of the answers to a light beyond the veil in death and possibly beyond so they went to Oracle's and temples that were called necro maintains where a series of rituals would take place all to bridge the gap between life and death to speak to family members and others that had died process of these rituals were sometimes include animal sacrifice but also there were long hallways that were polished to be as reflective as possible in this hallway the light will be dimmed with only the use of lamps in a slight flickering that hit off the water to create a reflective surface much like a mirror it wasn't that reflective surface that many Greeks believed that they could see into the beyond in the spirits of those who were dead although and I'm really against this mirror gazing has made a return to the mainstream and has found his place in modern day unfortunately it would not have been so without the famed of philosopher and psychologist dr. Raymond Moody who has devoted his life and work to study nds for near-death experiences dr. Moody's method of mirror gazing psychomanteum is without the animal sacrifices of course without the animal sacrifices of antiquity in ancient Greece rather the use of the mirror in this modern day practice is more as a medium or conduit for divination and what is gained from these experiences is supposedly very personal and specific so how does this work much like the ritualistic procedures found in antiquity in ancient Greece there's pre work and preparation to be done psychomanteum is not just about setting up some mirrors and angling them in asserts a way to induce some awakening or calling out to Mary or something rather there's the much internal striving that must parallel the efforts of the mirror medium dr. Moody has helped to develop specific techniques for creating an atmosphere almost anywhere to conduct your own mirror gazing experience your own personal psychomanteum and again I don't recommend doing this but here's how it works first food food plays a significant role in in who we are whether we recognize it we're not and who we affect what we do we're better yet how we do it productive moody suggestion eliminating caffeine in dairy at least a day before and maintaining on non-meat diet only fruits and vegetables is essential next choosing a location that is relaxing and calming a place quiet in disconnected from the world is important you know so when something this come to the mirror and nothing or no one can hear you scream this also connects to the removal of things deemed material like watches and jewelry even clothing sometimes awareness mood posture all of that also affects the experience being in a supportive chair or seat to ease any possible tension reflecting on something anything soothing to stimulates awareness can also be essential this all leads to the more tangible in hands-on aspects of asserting memories such as photographs and other personal items that belonged to or was connected to your loved one more personnel you're trying to connect with finally the mirror which should have been placed in front of you so in a way that the person can gaze at it without seeing their own reflection now according to dr. moody the mirror gazing experience may last around a minute but sometimes long for those who have done mp4 we're not truly becoming practitioners of the medium the psychomanteum experience itself consists of different attributes such as trance-like meditative States the feeling of heaviness in the arm tingling fingers in some occasions the mirror itself distorts remaining passive and not taking an active role except for possibly an already prepared question in mind is the most advantageous to gaining insight in effectively making contact with the dead in the experience you know again and this just might be from my experience playing Bloody Mary which you should never do and no one should ever gaze in a mirror and recite things or want something to maybe look that guy's just not a wise thing but to borrow a phrase from a time long gone and from a poet that had a different kind of insight of UV read from that of a mirror gazing death be not proud in our human quest to understand life it shouldn't be underestimated the critical and parallel role that death place in our perception of light so the two is linked in it is only natural while we are alive some of us try to explore what death is and seek those that have died before us but again not the smartest thing and this is just a really interesting topic so I want to share with you guys I'm not advocating you try this at all I always think a darkroom in a mirror really bad combination anyway for those of you who have done something like this let me know what your experience in the comments below like I said I've tried to Bloody Mary game and after I caught out to Bloody Mary the third time I think I was in saying why was I doing that I got too scared I walk down which what I think was one of the smartest things
