Beeps from her ankle monitor did not bother her. As the rhythmic blips continued, Kim pored over what seemed like reams of information. She scoured the printed out pieces and also looked at a laptop screen. A phone sat on the adjacent nightstand. It was a government phone which provided only basic functions such as transmit and receive calls and form texts.

So, she’s been let go on the first murder charge but she is still facing a jury for another murder in which she may or may not have been involved. Here’s the kicker, in the Susan Donnehy trial, she has been not recused, bit found guilty or not guilty (yet), but is investigating a murder that she is named the prime suspect of committing.

The exhumation ran into some snags. First, the tractor didn’t start. Then, the state issued a disapproval notice right when the teeth of the claw was about to bite into the earth. In an hour, they rescinded it. With her most recent wound healing vigorously, Kim felt pain from headaches more than anything else.
