Why women should do weight training?
Increased calorie consumption by increasing muscle mass The basic exercise for reducing body fat is aerobic exercise such as walking and running. If you perform weight training, which is a muscle exercise, along with these aerobic exercises, it is more effective in reducing body fat. The reason is that weight training increases muscle mass, which greatly increases calorie consumption. Muscles account for most of the calories consumed by the human body, so if the amount of muscle increases, calorie consumption increases even if you do not exercise, so you do not gain weight easily.

I’m not picky, I’m selective eater
Food hang-ups: many of us have dealt with one form or another at some point in our lives. when i was a kid, none of my nosh could be touching on my plate. i didn’t like carrots or tomatoes. i couldn’t stand the look of smeared ketchup on a piece of bread, (it had to be applied to the meat side.) when you’re a child though, it ain’t so surprising. you’re supposed to be weird. some scientists even believe kids are generically programmed not to like their vegetables. (they’re sensitive to bitter flavors.)

As you go through your town or city or as you run through country roads, a good run may be entertaining and fun. Mending the Relationship with Food
There is good reason that “diet” is a four-letter word. It conjures a feeling of discomfort for anyone that utters or hears it. I also find the word flagrantly misleading. Diet in its most general sense is simply a system of eating that nourishes the body. However, it has been warped into a false meaning of deprivation, extreme change and slavery to food.
