54 Things Wrong with Gwendolyn Rogers: A book review
I recently stumbled upon this book at my local bookstore. The cover intrigued me, especially the title. I decided to look it up when I got home to see if I would be interested in reading it after reading the summary.

The Fight for The ADA
Thirty-four years ago, On July 26th, 1990. The Americans with Disability Act was signed into law by George H.W. Bush. (who, in his older age, later benefited from this law he signed.) This is the most significant law after The Rehab Act of 1973. This law gave grants to states to help people with severe disabilities and offered more help to rehab/vocational services. It also expanded federal responsibilities to research and training programs for the Secretary of Health to help facilitate programs for people with disabilities. It includes five sections, each with a specific rule. That includes Employment discrimination, among others, which the ADA expanded on.

The Controversial Adopt Don't shop
We've all heard the phrases before. Adopt, don't shop. Rescue is best. Don't breed and buy while shelter dogs die. These are just a few phrases that rescues use to convince the public that breeding animals for show, work, or pet homes is terrible and that you can find anything you need a pet for in a shelter or rescue pet. Sometimes that is true.

Beautiful Boy: Heartbreak and Hope.. Content Warning.
I first heard of Beautiful Boy when I was looking for something to watch on Amazon Prime video with one of my favorite actors. I had heard bits and pieces about the film, including the two main Actors: Timothee Chalamet (Nic) and Steve Carell (David). Before I watched it, I assumed it was another addiction movie in which the character develops an addiction, recovers, relapses once or twice, and is fine and recovers fully by the end of the film.

Timothée Chalamet
If you're a movie lover, you've probably seen a young actor appear in multiple movies. He has a head of black curls and green eyes. He's in Dune, Wonka, and Beautiful Boy, to name a few. His name is Timothee Chalamet, and he's taking Hollywood by storm.
