Your Name Is Here I thought I would try to write a poem using every letter of the standard United Kingdom alphabet , which would mean every letter of your name appears in it. Yes it is slightly contrived but a fun thing to do , and hope everyone tries to catch me out.

This Love of Ours
The beautiful song “This” by Brian Eno from “Another Day On Earth” and the gorgeous time lapse video that I found , provided a foil for this poem for my love, my Muse after lots of contact with her today. I miss her whenever we are not together, maybe that is a sign of true love.

Quiddity
Quiddity describes properties that a particular substance (e.g. a person) shares with others of its kind. It is the name for the mystical dream sea in Clive Barker's novel "The Great and Secret Show" that exists as a higher plane of human existence. It is featured as more of a literal sea in the novel's sequel, Everville.

St Anthony’s Chapel Ruins
On Friday I was in Edinburgh and I am interested in old buildings. My dad was a builder but I could never get the hang of building walls , my limits were hod carrying , block making , mixing concrete , digging holes and sweeping up. All necessary jobs but something that anyone can do.

My Writers Block
This is the nearest thing I have to writers block. The next eight days will see a lot of me not being on Facebook, and part of that worries me slightly. Because I am not interacting most people won’t say “Where’s Mike” it will just be I don’t exist any more. If I never posted again people would not notice.

By The Lights of Cyrian
Over the last few days I have been getting a physical feeling , I don’t know how to describe. My Muse asked me to tell her what it was and I couldn’t, I had no words for it. I know what was causing it . My love for her. It makes me feel good , I am feeling it now , but cannot describe it. Then I played “Seventeen Going Under” by Sam Fender (video at the end, watch it , filmed close to where I live and the lad is The Shields Springsteen) and that record gets better every time, and I got goose bumps and I got something of that feeling, that is what the love my Muse gives to me feels like, goose bumps without the goosebumps
