The Siren of Silver Cove
“She once lived by the shore.” Said Addy. “The siren of the Silver Cove?” Asked Hilda. Addy nodded.”She was once a beautiful woman. The most beautiful in Jarok. She loved the cove for it was were she grew up. One day she sang as she walked along the shore. A man heard her angelic voice and walked down to the sand. Her voice was the only thing on his mind until he fell into the quicksand. His death cursed the woman and now you can still hear her voice in the wind.” The girls sat. Her whispery voice sang.

Warken
Do you recall the legend of Warken? Deep in the mythology of Carthrendril. War and battles plagued the lands long before mankind ever came. The Icy wyvern known as Warken slaughtered millions who tried to take his treasure. The great Elven king, Truviois the merciful, cast Warken into a deep sleep, overtop all his gold and jewels. Over time, the wyverns scales began to petrify. The mighty beast turned into the mountain known as Mt. Warken. Legend states that the beast will return when the snow on the peak melts.

Enoch and the Throne of Lies
The sweet whispers of spring still drift through the woods, glinting as the sun hits them just right. As the earth sighs, the air of summer will flow over your scales and embrace you in its heat. The transition from one season to the other is my favorite experience. I watch from the top of my perch as the sun longs for the moon. Soon massive lights of oranges and pinks dance across the lake, reflecting endless colors over the world. I hold my breath, for fear I might extinguish the rainbow flames of the sunset.

A Gameshow? Pt.10
I wake up drowsy. The sheet had fallen. I was hungry. Luckily a tray had been delivered. I also noticed my clothes from the previous day, had been washed. I quickly changed and picked up the tray. Scrambled eggs( no seasonings), water, patty sausage( also no seasoning), and plain oatmeal.

A Gameshow? Pt.9
The keepers slip away after some time. I lie on my bed above the sheet. My sobs stopped, a small while ago. I couldn’t sleep. I happened to glance at my bedside. The blue pill started back. I picked it up. I sniffed it. It smelled like the chemical that made me pass out before I was brought here.

A Gameshow? Pt.8
My metal door slammed behind me. The gentle buzz of the people around me, seemed to calm my nerves. I threw down that stupid bronze pin they gave us. It had a fox carved into the bronze. A weak little predator. It was our “ prize”. Anger boiled inside of me. Twenty-one people were killed, along with countless more, just so they would win a pin.
