Paisley and Shapes
'Paisley and Shapes' is a color art of blues and purples. When I first saw this design, and I was not sure what I was going to do with it. I saw the circles and dots and what looked like little suns, and even the weird flowers, and it hit me shades of blues and some purple would look good and send thoughts of a cool or even a cold area. What do you think? Please share your comments.

Fall
Here is a color art I entitled 'Fall' and I used crayons of autumnal colors of browns, reds, oranges, a little green since there are still some green at this time of year. I think I even put in some yellow. Fall is my favorite time of year and that is why I decided to 'color' this using fall colors for I was going to at the start depict a 'Spring' but for some reason I was thinking about something else that made me think Fall. Hope to see your comments and suggestions.

Circle Flowers
Here is another crayon art piece that I stated above entitled 'Circle Flowers'. I used blues, green, pink, and a few other colors. The leaves are green that is the only way that I know these must be some sort of flower or flowers. I almost used my colored pencils and thought what if I colored each segment of each flower a different color, and then I thought that would be pretty but a lot of switching between colors. Also, I do not have that many different shades of colored pencils. Hope you like this one and please comment.

Publication
What is publication and does it mean to me? Publication means that all the work that a writer does is out there for others to read, to learn and to comment. Writers can publish the traditional way and send their work to brick-and-mortar publishing houses, they can hire an agent to help sell their work or the writer can self-publish but look out or the 'vanity press'. One can even publish through Amazon or as I published a few art books on a site named 'artwanted.com'.

A Family Nobody
Does anyone out ever feel like they are a family nobody? Actually, this is about me and that is how I feel 95% of the time since moving South. My sister moved me and my mom down here to help my mom, but underneath the reason was to try and get her first daughter's now ex-husband out of the house for he was lazy and not a really nice type of person some would say two-faced most of the time. It has now been 12 years since moving down here and my mom has gone to heaven and now, I am pretty much alone.

Birthday Parties
What is a birthday? Birthday parties is how we celebrate the day that someone was born, and I know that we all know that but does the person really want to celebrate that day or would just like to be remembered on the day of their birth. We all do not like being the center of attention and I am one of those that would like just to be remembered somehow. I do not want cake or presents, but maybe a special card would be nice though. I know that I am or was a teacher and they are the center of attention in a classroom but that really is not the same as someone singing Happy Birthday to you and you really know that they really do not want to be there.

Book reviewing
For the past few years, I have been a volunteer book reviewer for several online sites. Honestly, I was looking for a paid position to review books for say Publisher's Weekly and a few other companies, but they have never let me know one way or another. Being a book reviewer, one learns a lot and it does get lonely at times as does being a freelance writer but that does not bother me. Books are great company for me. Books are our friends.

Secrets of Top Selling Agents
Here is an academic book that is about real estate agents and how they made it big in that business. This is a book written by Joe Sesso and how that all the keys to success in real estate can be used in many other professions as well. He was able to share many other secrets from famous agents. One needs to know how to organize, communicate and find out where they fit in and find their niche. This is a fast read and you will be able to use a lot of the bullet points that he has shared.

Butterflies
"Butterflies" is a page from an adult coloring book. I used crayons to fill in the designs. This could be a worksheet for preschool or kindergarten children or even could be used in a special education classroom. The children can count and match the colors of each butterfly. How many orange butterflies? How many blue butterflies? Count the antennas of all the butterflies. It could also lead to a nature/science lesson. Please comment.

person
'person' is a pencil sketch that I did trying to show action of some kind. It is a sketch using my version of Cubism using cubes, squares, triangles and rectangles of various sizes. I see a person trying to throw a ball of sorts. I wonder what you see and I hope to read some comments that I would truly appreciate. I have more pictures and color art posted here on Vocal in ART and CRITIQUE. If you are interested in seeing more of my artwork I have published several coloring books and an art book at 'artwanted.com'.
