Butterflies

color art

Butterflies (my own)

"Butterflies" is a page from an adult coloring book. I used crayons to fill in the designs. This could be a worksheet for preschool or kindergarten children or even could be used in a special education classroom. The children can count and match the colors of each butterfly. How many orange butterflies? How many blue butterflies? Count the antennas of all the butterflies. It could also lead to a nature/science lesson. Please comment.

That is a lovely idea! Perhaps you should do a Pinterest board and invite people and share on Instagram - do a "reel" on Instagram that is public.

I am not an artist but I do it anyway as art is so healing! 😊💕

  • Yes, children would definitely benefit from this too

Coloring is calming. I should do it more to calm my Type A.
