A Halloween Thanksgiving
When do you think all these Halloween creatures celebrate what we call Thanksgiving? The answer should be plain why of course All Hallos Eve. An during this meal what do you think is served during the meal of thanks? To me I think Mummy and Drac and Frankie always seems to like any kind of fresh meat. Wolfman does do but his is usually raw. Then there are the witches, and they have their own brew to share and of the ghosts don't usually eat for it goes right through. Zombies bring brains for all. Happy Halloween Thanksgiving to all!

Prufrock Prep for the Baudelaire's could be when they did make two friends and on nasty enemy in the name of Carmelita Spats. Count Olaf is always around in some disguise that always seems to fool the adults around wherever Violet, Klaus and Sunny end up for a time. 'The Austere Academy' is one story that could make one think of sending your kids to a prep school, but schools are not that bad.

Come Sunday Morning
Come Sunday morning you take a walk alone or with your companion in this case my dog. I am watching the sunrise rising over the horizon and seeing the sky turn from a light purple to almost a red. There is that old Navy saying, "Red skies in the morning, sailors take warning, Red skies in the evening Sailors rejoice. That is not the right word, but I could never remember that one word. Sunday a time to rest and rejoice for it's a day to say thanks to the Lord for another day or two or three or more.

The Open Book
There on the table was an open book. As the people were walking around the room no one noticed what was sticking up from the middle. There was this one brave person that decided to go up to the desk and peek. At that moment a slight breeze fluttered the loose sheet to the floor. The person picked it up, looked at it, and read silently. The person couldn't believe what they read. "Please do not touch the book!" It is very fragile, and one cannot touch without gloves. Yes, this is story of a visit to a book museum.

Hey, guys! What do you think about that Tea Tax we keeping hearing about? There's a tea tax. Yes, it has been in the newspaper. Oh, that one well I think it may be good, but I am thinking on it. Don't think too hard for it is not a good idea. We need to something before we get taxed on everything that we hold dear. As a town we could have a tea party to show how we feel about what is happening, but how do we get the invitations out. Let's go ask Paul Revere he should know.

The Old School bus
One day when passing by the old city junk yard there sits an old school bus just rusting away. But when I was walking past it today, I thought I heard laughing and yelling like you do when a working school bus goes down the road, again there was no one around. The laughing and yelling continued. I slowly walked up to the bus and the door opened; no driver but there was a sense of I don't know. I walked down the aisle and heard "Have a seat." I could feel eyes on me. Uh, I opened the door.
