Tale Of Two Lives
I had a friend ask me to cover a few topics: Mental Health, Drugs, Trauma. People who have given all, lost all, or feel unworthy to dream at all. We all have our demons, we all have failed, and we all need love and support. Here is a poem in honor to those still trying, still hoping.

The Shoah. Top Story - February 2023.
If walls could talk: We would have screamed for mercy. Begged, cried and pleaded for release. Provided help and aid. We would have sent out warnings, to stand up and fight, or run. We would have guarded, as a refuge of protection. Crumbled in protest.

Madness
You made me feel like I was crazy Alone, floating away on a cloud Kept from the things that could save me Far above me, in this little town * Said, I wasn’t anything you ever wanted me to be I could go, you didn’t need me any longer But you didn’t know the slightest truth, of me Your behavior, only made me grow stronger * No, I may bend, but I won’t break Evolution has become my hero I'm willing to become the change that I need You’ll be left behind here, at ground zero * When my world was crashing, coming undone, And everything completely unwound Circling thoughts of darkness proved to me, I wasn’t lost, I had finally been found * I’ve learned now, how to grow with the pain Use the beacon to maintain my compass Becoming friendly with the voices I hear Calling somewhere from inside the darkness * Don’t bother looking over your shoulder To stay there would drive me insane You deal with the voices that haunt you If you hear someone calling your name * It’s madness
