Leaving our friends at the Royal Malewane was bittersweet. The warmth and hospitality we experienced there made it hard to say goodbye, but the allure of our next destination, Seychelles, kept our spirits high. After a scenic flight from the bush up to Johannesburg, we eagerly boarded our connecting flight, anticipation building with every mile.

Our stay on Alphonse Island felt like stepping into a dream—a peaceful sanctuary where the raw beauty of nature meets the luxuries of modern comfort. Every moment on the island revealed something new to marvel at, from ancient tortoises and vibrant birds to secluded beaches and endless ocean views. Free from distractions and boundaries, this magical place became our personal haven to truly unwind and reconnect. It was the perfect, serene conclusion to an African journey that had already surpassed every expectation.
