The Outline
Organization and I have a complicated relationship. In some aspects of my life, I’m incredibly organized. In teaching, I have folders for each class that I see, and I have timers on my phone so that I can be at each class at the appropriate time. I use my planning periods wisely and ensure that my plans and materials are prepared for the next day.

Siblings Change
One of the best parts of my life, hands down, is my relationship with my siblings. We were thick as thieves growing up, both as individual parts and as a trio. Since I moved away from home, I've only seen them a handful of times when I went home for the holidays. So this Thanksgiving was a special treat.

Surprise, Surprise
One of the things that I love is a surprise. Creating them or getting them, it doesn't matter. The whole process of coming up with the surprise, then the anticipation of seeing someone be surprised is one of the best feelings of accomplishment that one can have - and being surprised makes you appreciate that someone wanted to do that for you.

Theatre Kid
I've heard it said that theatre can teach you a lot of life lessons. I'm here to tell you that is absolutely the truth. Though I'm not as active in theatre as I used to be, I can tell you that being in theatre absolutely taught me a lot of lessons that I still use to this day.
