The World of Telekinon: King Aurin's Ascension
In Telekinon’s untamed jungles, where bioluminescent vines pulse and tall trees sway in the thick, fear has long ruled. Varkhul packs, their charcoal-gray fur streaked with silver, stalk the shadows, their 5-foot frames leaping 18 feet to tear through human flesh. Above, Valks with 12-foot obsidian wings screech, their telescopic eyes spotting prey 5 miles away, guiding the packs with ultrasonic pulses. At the heart of each pack looms a Grim Varkhul, 7 feet of jet-black terror, its crimson-streaked fur and bone-crushing teeth a death sentence. For generations, these beasts have driven humans to hide in deep caves or beneath forest canopies, their lives dictated by the predators’ hunger. Human’s aren’t the top of the food chain at Telekinon.

Hello! Welcome to my top 10 list of Scarlet and Violet Illustration Rares! Below are all personal opinions and I would like to hear yours in the comments. A few things I would like to note. This list is strictly Illustration Rares and does not include Special Illustration Rares. This list is also only main sets. There are no specialty sets like 151, shrouded fable, paldean fates, and prismatic evolutions. I would also like to point out the pull rates changed throughout these sets. The change in pull rates affect the value tremendously. In SV03 and SV04 it was harder to pull a specific Illustration Rare than a Special Illustration Rare and that is shown in the price.

How to gain muscle.. Optimally & Scientifically
I have been on a push, pull, legs split for about a year. Although I have seen great progress with this split, I have run into one major issue with its workload. The problem? Consistency.. Leading to over training/ junk reps. Oh you don’t believe in overtraining? Well science would disagree with you. Don’t believe in junk reps? Weirdly enough science would also disagree with you there too.
