Making Decisions Based On Web Analytics
Many small businesses (even some large corporations) spend more time marketing their products/services than they do analyzing business data; and end up making critical business decisions or forecasting based on either industry data or intuition. Decisions are best made using varied data especially data from your businessā current operations. Adequately drawing up a plan or deciding on the best strategy to meet set targets starts with understanding clearly the current status of your business. Where are you now? Where do you want to go? How do you get there?

Choose to be the light
I can't wait for the day when my eyes will sweep the area, not trying to judge people's actions by the standards of what I think are right or wrong, but simply admiring the beauty of a masterpiece in the making or the hardworking hawker just striving to survive.

How Hiring High Performers Will Grow Your Company
People are an important part of every organization. Companies have collapsed because they have hired the wrong people for the job. We had hired so many wrong people over the years for our companies that at some point we were scared to hire. It wasnāt a distinct fear that was spoken off, it was very subtle, innate, something we dare not voice out. Our small team of three did everything on our own for a while till we came to agree unanimously that in order to grow we will need people, we will need to grow the team to grow the company.

3 things I wish I knew earlier about using Airtable
It took me two days to build a simple form on Airtable to collect data and match people based on certain criteria, essentially creating many-to-many relationships between two sets of people. If I had known these three things I would have finished this project in a few hours.

Donāt wait for 2022ā¦
At this time of the year, almost every year, I start thinking about all the changes I want to make in the next. You know the usual: stay fit, walk closer with God, develop myself, blah blah blah. Some days Iām a bit more specific: Read 10 books, take a vacation, save $5,000. No matter how specific I am, those dreams donāt come to pass and I come back here in December, writing new goalsā¦again. It became tiring. I stopped planning for the new year. Iād just go with the flow you know? Take the opportunities as they come.
