136 years later Marcus I sit in my new apartment in Charlotte as I ay on my new bed that Just got here yesterday, the only piece of furniture in the apartment and the first time in my life I've had anything actually new that wasn't handed down to me. I sigh as I enjoy my little piece of success until I hear a knock on the door, I pop my head up like a meerkat trying to not be prey as I yell who is it? I hear back its Santa Claus you dipwad! I shake my head as I get up and open the door as my sister walks in pushing pass me and says I told you I was coming over today.

Anna I smile as I walk up to him watching him wipe the dirt and sweat off of his face as the sunlight sparkles in his Green eyes and they catch mine I don't know if its this Tennessee heat or the infatuation I have for this man but my heart skips a beat as he covers his forehead with his hand to get a better look and he says Ms. walker you ain't supposed to be out here, I fold my arms as I say now Jimmy how many times do I have to tell you to call me Anna?, Ms. Walker is my mama. He shakes his head as he says well either way you know if you are caught out here talking to me your daddy is gonna have your head and possibly mine, I shrug and say well the war is taking up most of his time and Mr. Johnson is taking up my mama's so I think I'm safe.

I've listened to what other's had to say about me, like they know me, thinking they got it all figured out. yelling at me trying to show me that without them I'm nothing like I owe them something, are we really gonna play these games now? I got people telling me to listen to more than one story when that's all they are listening to but when someone wants to tell you different you don't want to hear it that's kinda rude.
