Routines
The older you become the more you like your routines. I know that I do. To have goals to tick off each day and that can be flexibility assigned to the best times of the day. This is what moves you forward and continues to help you smile, but there are points when you get frustrated.

The Art of Standing Still
Right now I am lying on the floor, typing. It’s not the most comfortable position in the world to accomplish this task but it’s okay for the end of the day. I’ve accomplished everything that I set out to do and have set myself up for success tomorrow. I do not need to do more and am very content in finishing the day as is.

The award-winning podcast has provided me with so many laughs. From walking along the street with the dulcet tones of the presenters in my ears, laughing manically to myself to being lost in thought and wonder. It’s been an epic journey and one that I will miss.

National Hot Chocolate Day
Apparently, January 31st every year is National Hot Chocolate Day. A day in which indulgent hot drinks are celebrated and we are all encouraged to purchase and indulge. It is most likely engineered by corporations to improve profits but as holidays go, it sounds too sweet to miss out on.
