Where Color Meets Faith

Creating from the heart of Pittsburgh, one piece of truth at a time

There is a calm that settles in before I start to paint. The room gets quiet, and I let the colors do the talking. In that stillness, LayMadeIt becomes more than a name again. It becomes the space where I remember who I am and what I am still reaching for.

Pittsburgh shaped me. The city moves with grit and grace, and I move with it. My art carries both, the weight and the softness. Every piece feels like a prayer that found color. A moment where I let go of control and let faith take the brush.

I do not rush the process. Some days nothing comes, and I have to sit with that silence. Other days, the ideas flow faster than I can catch them. I have learned to let it be what it is. The work always finds its rhythm when I stop forcing it.

Through LayMadeIt, I speak in color. I let emotion tell the truth. My art has become a language, one that reminds me that healing does not need words, only presence. Every piece is a conversation between who I was and who I am still becoming.
