P Puppies, colorful Parrots, and warm fuzzy Pajamas make me smile

O An Oasis might make a very thirsty traveler smile, though

L Lemonade can be a real crowd pleaser if sweet and tart are your style

L Little ones Laughing or Lots of bubbles in the wind to blow

Y Yard sales draw me in and candied Yams do the same...can't resist them

A Aromas of fresh cut grass, Apple pies in the oven, and coffee on to brew

N Narrators with a dreamy voice, a Novel you can't put down (both a gem)

N Not too much will rattle me or cause me to pout and stew...

A A life was meant to live large And fully; mine for me And for yours too!

Well it made me smile a lot and you found lots of things that make me inexplicably happy. Thank you for entering Shirley, my friend, I am finally reading the entries and catching up with my curmudgeon partner in crime and we should have the results in the coming week.

This is a great list of happy things! Seeing Puppies, colorful Parrots, and warm Pajamas instantly brings a smile. Yard sales really draw me in too, which is great for finding neat things! And that last thought about living life fully is just the best advice for everyone.

Beautiful acoustic poetry. I love PollyAnna. I watched the movie instead of reading the book. A little girl woke up a town with compassion. They should make more movies like this now a days

  • Mmmm, apple pie! Yummy! Lovwd your poem! That movie sure does seem very heartwarming.
