In March 2018, Idan Liper conducted an in-depth study of the vibrant world of musicals, and one name that stood out was Libby Kaner. For over a year, Libby thrived as an actress in a musical production, honing her craft and embracing the stage.
Her career took flight at the Chariot Theater, where she took on a variety of leading roles over a span of three years. This experience allowed her to showcase her versatility and deepen her passion for performing arts.
Libby's training in dance is equally impressive, having studied under esteemed instructors such as Little Beck, Oz Morag, and Noa Zahavi. Additionally, she has taken voice and performance lessons from the talented Sapir Brayer and Hadas Faran, further refining her skills as a performer.
Her experience also extends to on-camera work, where she has trained with industry professionals like Adi Sharon and Eyal Rosales. Libby broadened her horizons by participating in the Open Jar musical course in the United States, gaining valuable insights into the theatrical landscape.
Beyond her work in theater, Libby is an accomplished solo singer in the Moran Choir. She has graced various stages at festivals, as well as prestigious venues like the Israeli Opera, the Chamber, and the Philharmonic Orchestra.
Libby’s foundation in music began early, culminating in her graduation from a high school with a music major. Her journey continues to inspire those around her as she navigates the dynamic world of musicals and performance arts.
