Element Street Art

Introduction

Last week I went down to Billy Bootleggers to see a couple of bands. I was very impressed with the Snakerattlers (from York) .

I met my friends Lynn and Jill, but before the first band came on I noticed what seemed to be some street art festival across the road.

I am sorry this is over, but the space was a wonderful uplifting experience. I found the work stunning and just took a few pictures to share with you, but before I got down the hill I saw this dragon opposite The Tanners which was by one of the festival artists.

I love the neon tigers, just one of the many amazing pieces of art here.

As well as the artwork there was the Wild Roots Community Garden and a msrket with selllers like this brilliantly named one:

But now a walk round more of this amazing street art:

I love the "But Is It Art?" question, in my opinion it cert,ainly is.

This is just beautiful and radiates joy and happiness.

Lots of shapes and confusion in this wall but it does look amazing. The Hexagon is a brilliant centrepiece to this explosion of expression.

This looks like some interdimensional spaceship but I will probably find it is an obscure excavational tool.

I know this is short, but this was a beautiful and amaing experience that I wanted to share with you .
