I don’t say it nearly enough. It’s one of my faults. I need to say it more. It’s just six little words–easy to say, harder to remember.
This year has been hectic with a lot of upheaval, and I've not met as many milestones as I thought I would have. Therefore I've not written as many Milestone Appreciation Articles.
With that being said...

Thank you for being a friend!
First, thank you to my 262 wonderful subscribers for subscribing to me. You all have helped raise my confidence immensely. Because of you, I feel encouraged to write and that I am good enough. When I first started writing, it was for myself. Now, there are a few I think of when I pen my stories or poems, hoping they will enjoy them.
Thank you to everyone who has read my stories. I never dreamed I would have 9,138 reads on my stories. Most of my reads are acquired through Twitter, Vocal, and some select Facebook groups. I never thought I would have so many people worldwide reading my work when I started. The sheer range of my readers is astounding.
My close family and friends deserve a thank you, also. Some have become subscribers and quite a few have read my articles. I always fear I have overshared with you all, so I try to only share the highlights. I love that all of you are willing to support me. I appreciate that you all pushed me to improve my writing.
Let me not forget to thank Vocal, the platform, and their staff, for all they do to help me. Thank you for allowing me an outlet to publish my poems and stories. Also, thanks to Support for always being quick when I submit a ticket.
~~~I'm thankful for the stories that have been read, but I will always think my most-read stories were surprising choices to read. They wouldn't be the ones I would have thought to be chosen.~~~
So, as the old year is winding down and a new year is on the horizon, let me say, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you all for being my friend.💙
