Seven By Seven

Introduction

I was thinking how September was originally the seventh month.

September was historically the seventh month in the Roman calendar, but it became the ninth month after January and February were added, shifting the subsequent months out of their original numerical positions. The name "September" comes from the Latin word septem, meaning "seven".

Then the Hawkwind song "Seven By Seven" came to mind, and because Vocal lets us write about almost everything, I thought what about sharing seven stories by seven Vocal creators?

My criteria will be that they must be stories I liked, they must NOT be Top Stories, and they muct have less than five comments, and hopefully if people read this, they will read those stories as well.
