Relax buddy! You are going too fast.

To fall in love with yourself

By AnweshaPublished about a year ago 3 min read

You are in hurry, I know that, even you know that ,don't you? Even I am in hurry, to write this story as fast as possible, so that you can read it. I know you are in hurry to read this story as fast as possible and I don't blame anyone for this hurry cause the reason behind this hurry is we are becoming 'advanced' ,'developed' and 'educated' human being... Sacrificing our leisure time.. (* deep sigh*)

Leisure time.. Is it really important?

Is breathing important? Is eating important? If your answer is no, you are not a human. However, a human with a brain, hands legs and 5 sensory organs knows that sometimes snail's pace is important for you. Rat race we are all immersed in it but if you ever meet a person with a free spirited, cosy and lively vibe.. You probably stick with that person. Recent research by the University of Oxford suggests that the average person passes by around 1,000 people a day, and out of those 1000 that one with an amazing vibe remains in your memory forever.

Why so? Because that person was enjoying the moment he /she/lgbtq+ was in. This is what we ought to do. Everyone has got a sad story to tell but only some have got a lovely and happy take to share.

I know, what your thinking.. "Anwesha, 90 percent of our lives are filled with difficulties, problems and sadness then in admist of these rollercoaster rides how do you smile and become lively?

Well.. I was wondering.. Do ever take selfies? If you do.. Do you wear a smile on your beautiful face or do you cry?

If you smile.. Then make it a reality. And if you cry.. Then I'm sorry this read won't get you to a sensible conclusion :)

You are a messy person.. Aren't you? Don't worry.. You got me too!

Where's my bag, my assignment papers, my bottle, my tiffin,... Where on the earth I'm living. Yeah we have all been and most of us are still messy. However, I'm not gonna talk about the importance of being organized, cause you know it istead, I would like to explore why do we become messy...?

Answer: Laziness

Why do we become lazy..?

Ans: when we lose interest in things.. Or in the way we are living our lives. This capitalist mode of work which has made us robotic , is why we become lazy and ultimately messy and cherry on the top is when we procrastinate.

So here is the thing, start loving your life and yourself. Recently I bumped up in this new word 'hygge' meaning : taking time away from the daily rush to be together with people you care about - or even by yourself - to relax and enjoy life's quieter pleasures.

Hurry be like: hey stop it!!! I'm not that bad (sulking)

Sometimes decisions taken in hurry results in good decisions.Had the situation been more adaptive, the quality of the result would have declined.

Simply put you are drowing in water in that case you won't be like let me take some time and decide how to keep myself alive. Instead, of course, your thoughts will be very rapid cause your focus is on saving your life, cause you are to young to die, you have to study hard get successful, marry and have a peaceful death. And then somehow you catch up on a log of wood and live happily ever after.
More adaptive situations.. Hmm! The best example of this is your holiday homework. You literally postpone it every single day until the last day arrives.
So basically, it's the situation that determines whether you should be slow Or ( clap, clap) get going fast!

This idea is very interesting! You explained very well that sometimes life's circumstances force us to make quick decisions, and sometimes when everything is fine, we want to think calmly. The principle of 'Hygge' truly emphasizes the importance of giving ourselves time and experiencing peace and comfort. But from your point, it also seems that when times of crisis arise, our priorities completely change, and our response becomes faster. Giving ourselves time and loving ourselves is very important. Your article is truly amazing.
