It didn't start this way. I wasn't always locked up. I was young and super hot. I had a man. Many were interested but only one could win this heart. It was Aims Flacker. You know I used to be called Joan Wheyans before Mrs. Flacker. I was so hot that they would write songs about me. Anyways I met Aims Flacker and he was smooth and stunning. I think today they would call him a Hunk. He was really really good to me. I loved Aims a lot ever since I laid eyes on him. And since he was older and wiser. I loved his silk like hair. We were meant to be. It so happened that we got married after Aims knocked me up the first night we've been together under the starry lights. It was after we became a family. There was this mistress. She kept coming around Aims and me. Everytime we talk and everytime we get together and everytime we rested. Then as I became late in my pregnancy, I told Aims that it is either her or me. Aims resisted but eventually gave in. Mrs. Flacker I'm sorry to interrupt you but you have to go. The guard is signalling for you to end the conversation. What Oh no Mrs. Rose, I just started the story. Wait Mrs. Rose don't let them take me back. Okay come early around lunch time Bye. Ya act like ya serving the President of the United States or its some Super Model contest. Dang!

The next day at E. Lam Women Correctional Facility, Who is it? says Mrs. Flacker. It is Mrs. Rose remember. I am the lawyer that is trying to get you out of this prison and shorten your sentence said Mrs. Rose. You come after all these years, hell I'm about dead, said Mrs. Flacker. Mrs. Rose said the quicker we get this done, the quicker we can fight for your release. Mrs. Flacker said Where was I ? What did I say? Oh yeah I told that lying and cheating Aims that he better do something about that homewrecker because I ain't taking it no more. So we set the trap for her specifically Aims. I would pretend to meet him by the seashore. Somehow we got into a fight that lasted hours and hours. My Momma raised me right and with the strength of the child, I knocked the heck out of that woman. And Aims finally pulled up and I said see that woman is crazy. And Aims pull a gun and he just shot in the air. I said what the hell Aims? You're gonna shot us both. Then Aims try to talk tough and he tried to warn the woman as I got up and stood by his side. But this woman was talking crazier and crazier. I finally stood between him and the woman and I straight up told her that she is not welcome anymore and we will survive. Then a shot fired, I fell to the ground and when I open my eyes Aims was there with the gun pointed and the woman was shot dead. Aims was worried and fearful because he knew he would go down to jail for murderer. I was dumb and naive. He promised to meet me back home and discuss this. He told me to drive home. And I did with the gun. And the police chased me and that's how I ended up here. Mrs Rose said, I think we might have a case.

Your honor, I represent the Defense Mrs. Flacker. Mrs.Flacker was young. She was naive. She did not know any better. She was mislead by her husband who could not keep her safe. She served a long sentence. Raised a decent family behind bars for so many years. And lost her freedom over an incident. I asked that you give her a shorten sentence, said Mrs. Rose. The judge said Does the prosecution agreed? Prosecutor said She could of did the right thing and turn on her husband but we found evidence that the gun was tamper with. We also find mostly another's fingerprints on the gun. Secondly laws back then were against minorities and women included. She served 35 years. Judge released her. And that was the times of Mrs. Flacker.
