5 Tips for Doing Disney World Alone
In the Spring of 2018, I embarked on a magical adventure of a lifetime! I became a Disney World Cast Member through the Disney College Program. The DCP is a "paid internship" that allows college students to work at Disney World while getting some of the most valuable customer service experience in the world. While on my program, I worked at Colombia Harbour House in Magic Kingdom!

5 days in the Scottish Highlands
"What shall we do? "... come back tomorrow?" "Come back tomorrow, 100%". We laughed as we turned around right at the beginning of the Old Man of Storr walking trail, passing another couple who shared a knowing glance and a chuckle, as the two of us in our shorts, seemingly unprepared for the gailforce winds and rain, made our way back to our rented Land Rover to instead tackle the trail the next day.

My Dream Destination: The Republic of Tatarstan, Russia
For the last seven years of my life, I had one dream that I refused to let go of: to visit Russia. Although my brother and I plan to go when the pandemic has calmed down, I may not be able to see all of the republics during my first visit to Russia. Due to its level of hospitality, cultural enrichment, spirituality and uniqueness, there are several republics that I want to visit more than others, like Tatarstan.

Escape
Surroundings The wind whispering, the night sky filled with stars, and the sound of being alone. In Hagerstown, Maryland, these three things were hard to come by. They were especially difficult to enjoy as the sounds of my latest arguments with my stepmother echoed in my ear. Her constant criticism affected me greatly, and being outside subsided my insecurities she’d placed in my head. I would feel complete as I gazed out into the night, at least for a little while.

The Euro-trip of a Lifetime for my Little Sister. Third Place in Solo Trip Challenge.
To my Little Sister, As you may remember, during the summer after my first year at university I decided to do something grand. Something that many in the past saw as common practice, maybe even a priority during their academic years, that for some reason young people shy away from in the 21st century. I decided to plan the most intense Euro trip possible.

Why I find bicycle touring the best way to travel
Before setting off on my bicycle tour around the world, I knew I wanted to go travelling. I didn’t really think about the method, I imagined I would just pack a backpack and catch a flight somewhere. The rest would figure itself out along the way. I had done small trips before my grand idea; six weeks in Kenya & Tanzania, three weeks in Thailand and city-hopping in Europe. Despite the amazing memories, I did remember the 13-hour bus rides along bumpy roads, whizzing past small towns & villages to get to the cities or the next tourist destination.

Machu Pichu, a place in Latin America you cannot miss-1
