Touring Tuscany: Where To Go And What To Do
Tuscany is a historic Italian province which showcases the very best of Italian culture, architecture, food, and wine. Its strategic location on the West coast has meant that it has been colonised many times under many rulers, first by the Roman empire in 351 BC to the Napoleonic empire in 1808.

Jolly Jaunt to Edinburgh
We arrived in Edinburgh to be greeted largely by sun. In fact, it largely stayed this way while I was there. Apart from when it didn’t - 5/10 minute periods of the heavens opening when only a minute ago you were practically sunburnt. But hey, that’s the UK for you. I’m typing this on the train home right now and if I look to my right I see glorious sunshine, where as on my left it’s pouring.

10 things to know about Denmark
So here are a few things I have had to clear up over the last 5 years and some bonus information. Is Denmark really one of the happiest places in the world? Well, we do have free healthcare, get paid a livable wage, and have 6 weeks of paid vacation every year. Not to mention maternity/paternity leave for 12 months. Getting paid to go to college. Solid infrastructure. Oh, and we have relatively low expectations of life and a lot of happy pills (antidepressants). We don’t get much sun during half of the year.

It is worthwhile to visit Italy's volcanoes
Significant volcanic activity can be seen on the Apennine Peninsula and surrounding islands. In Italy, there are four active volcanoes (including the Ferdinandea undersea volcano), eight dormant volcanoes, and four extinct volcanoes, with two more entities whose condition is unknown. Although some pose a serious hazard, their beauty makes it impossible to ignore them.

The Blue Blooms of Belgium
The arrival of spring is in itself incredibly beautiful. The weather gets pleasant, trees grow green, and nature invites colors once again. Similarly, when spring arrives in Hallebos - The Blue Forest - in Belgium, colors come knocking. But the only colors that are allowed entry are green and blue. New green leaves arrive on the branches of the deciduous trees of the forest and bluebells bloom on the forest floor, turning it completely blue. And this is indeed a sight worth witnessing.

Lucky Charms for Rent
Our story starts on a day like any other. Only I'm buying Lucky Charms to pay for my rent in Germany. Come June 25th, I wont be in the United States anymore. From the beginning, I wanted to document what my travels would look like. The sprawling nature of what it would take to study abroad escaped me.

You should go to Blarney Castle
Blarney Castle and Gardens was the highlight of my Ireland trip. It was built nearly 600 years ago and millions still come to see it today. I didn’t know much about it, but I always like visiting historic buildings and castles in particular. I’ve been staying at Cork for a few days as it’s my stepdad’s birthday. His dad was born in this city, so it’s a close place to his heart. I hadn’t been to Ireland since I was 7 on a ferry trip to Dublin.

At the Titanic Memorial in Cobh
Many have heard of the famous 1997 film. It’s been over 110 years since the ship tragically sunk which claimed the lives of over 1500 people. Cruise ships nowadays can be bigger than the Titanic now, but at the time it was one of the biggest ships in the world. It’s still one of the greatest tragedies before both world wars.
