No Likes Needed
Wandering through the damp alleys of Hoi An in Vietnam one cannot avoid having their senses flooded by the vibrant swaying lanterns, the cacophony of food smells, the hum of mopeds swarming the streets. And still, amid this ruckus of sensuality I notice the draw. The technological tether. The craving, the bent, the social media monkey clawing at my back. The monkey chatters, “post this, post that, like, like, like!”

The Lemurs of Madagascar
Madagascar is one of the most unusual and diverse places in the world! Although it is associated with the continent of Africa, it is less "African" than any place we have visited in Africa. The islands of Reunion and Mauritius are situated east of the main island and stand in sharp contrast to the large island of Madagascar. Whereas the large island has a poverty stricken population, these islands are luxury destinations for the subcontinent of Asia.

“Welcome to Miami, Bienvenido a Miami!”
Hey baddies! What’s good? I know fall semester has started for some and will be starting soon for others. We’re are now getting to the books and our bags. Simple! After moving my entire life to Richmond last fall, I’m now moving my entire life down to Miami. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely loved Richmond; VCU is a great school with much diversity and several different opportunities for its students in the community. Unfortunately, I fell on the wrong side of the FASFA formula. As most students know, FASFA is either your bestie or your enemy. I’m in the enemy zone, where your parents make “too much money” on paper, but in reality, no one really can afford to graduate with a half million dollars of loan debt! So, I had to suck up my northern girl dreams and find a school of my liking, with in-state tuition.

Wekiwa Springs, Florida
A few months ago my cousin decided to join the navy. But before she left we decided to start completing as many bucket list events as possible in the short amount of time that we had before she had to go. And so this is where we start. Favorite Things to Do in Oahu, Hawaii
Oahu is part of the Hawaiian islands, and everywhere on the island feels like paradise. The weather is mostly tropical with only a few showers some days. I recommend renting a car, because it is the only way to explore the island and go anywhere without feeling rushed. Below are some of my favorite things to do while in Oahu, Hawaii.
