The Natural Beauty of Montenegro

Unusual Names For Towns
When traveling people usually go to known places such as perhaps Fairbanks or the capital, Juneau Alaska. It may be more interesting to go to unknown places such as Deadhorse, Alaska. Now I don’t know if this town has ever had anything to do with a dead horse but I do know that it is an unincorporated town in North Slope Borough in Alaska. The town is located near the Arctic Ocean. It mainly has facilities for the workers and companies that operate at Prudhoe Bay oil fields and companies that have facilities at Deadhorse also service the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS).

Charity Shops and Boot Sales Thrifting thru England If you only visit the museums, tourist destinations, castles, and great houses of England, you are missing out on seeing the Brits from a different perspective. The lives of modern English Folk are better reflected in their Charity Shops, Car Boot Sales, Jumbles, and Market Day Stalls. I should add Pubs to the list, but this story is about the English equivalent of our Thrift Shops, and therefore extraneous to the story, except that they are great places to rest up when your feet tell you to cool it for a while.

That first hike into the jungle. It's not for the faint of heart. . you're going to be surrounded by things that can hurt you. Over 20,000 species of spiders. . YES, 20,000! At last count, 137 species of snakes. . 8 known species of poison dart frogs. . 6 different kinds of wild cats. . pumas, jaguars. . Sharp teeth. . fangs. . deadly toxins. . beware!
