Disqualified and Disheartened: Vinesh Phogat and India's Olympic Reality
I checked once and then again and then again and then once again, but I still couldn't come to terms with the fact that Vinesh Phogat had been disqualified. Having been one of the few bright spots for India at the Olympics, when she qualified for the final after many Indian athletes endured painful heartbreaks at the event, she too was disqualified at the end for failing to maintain her weight during the weigh-in. India, a country with a population of more than 1 billion, is going to end another Olympics with less than 10 medals again. Leave aside the talk about the leaders in the Olympics like the USA, China, and France… even countries like Romania, Croatia, and Hong Kong with very small populations would consider their Olympic result a failure if they had the same medal count as India.

Sunday, 4 August 2024 By: TB Obwoge First I would like to point out it is not irony that Black Africans all over the continent of Africa decided to follow suite and bully the Algerian woman. This simply shows what I've been saying for years, Black Africans practice White Supremacy and some love it!

"IOC's Bold Stand: 'This is Not a Transgender Issue'—Olympic Boxing Controversy Ignites Fierce Debate"
In recent years, the conversation surrounding sports and gender identity has dramatically evolved, particularly within elite-level competitions such as the Olympics. Most recently, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) found itself at the center of heated discourse regarding the eligibility of transgender athletes in the sport of boxing. This dialogue raised important questions about fairness, inclusion, and the integrity of competition. However, in a press release and subsequent communications, the IOC cautioned against framing this issue primarily through the lens of transgender rights, suggesting a more nuanced understanding of the complexities involved.

Cena's retirement
It's been a week since Cena announced his retirement. It's still so surreal. This man has been working in the WWE for more than 2/3's of my life. Yes I know others have done it for even longer, but to truly stay with one company through thick and thin and truly give it his all from day 1 is truly inspiring. I also appreciate how honest John is, he had a line which was 50. And granted he's still only 47 years old. He wants to leave the fans with the best performance he can. Once again, thank you John.

Thank you Cena
Last night at Money in the bank, John Cena has officially announced his retirement from the WWE. The man who first introduced the "Ruthless Aggression Era", introduced the world to "Thuganomics", and has been through thick and thin with the WWE has decided it's time. Thankfully the retirement isn't abrupt, he will have a retirement tour in 2025. Thankfully during the post PPV press conference John did confirm he will finish all of 2025 instead of what I initially thought of retiring at or right after WrestleMania. If done properly, this farewell tour will be absolutely incredible. So what is there left for John? He's given us fans over 20 years with WWE alone. John has won 16 world titles, performed in thousands of matches, flown hundreds of thousands of miles flown, and inspired millions over the world.
