5 Reasons I Studied an Art Foundation. Top Story - September 2018.
So exactly a year ago tomorrow I moved 190 miles away from home to Leeds to study an art foundation degree at Leeds Arts university. I hadn't even considered a foundation and barely knew what it was about around a year and a half ago; so I'm writing this to inform and maybe even help others with their decisions if thinking about entering the creative industry.

High School: Junior Year (Chapter 7)
I remember my dad saying something about him having an early meeting today but didn’t want to go back to the office. He often did that. He was a corporate attorney so he was able to bring his work home with him. When he and my mom were still married he would spend lots of nights in his office catching up with the work he missed through out the day. My father wasn’t one of those tv fathers that spend all day at the office and then bring his work home and spend most of his home time working on work. He would always make it to mine and Alex’s schools activities and things that we were doing. He was a present father. He’s been a great dad, short of marring the Replacement.

On the College of Arts and Science
In regard to the colleges of arts, science, and business, there needs to be a change in the way in which the colleges interact. Currently, the college of nursing, business, engineering, and computer coding are taking the lead in highest grossing and most successful career fields. These are critical fields of study, but today I am advocating for the development of the funding for the College of Arts and Science.

My History with Languages
I have to start off by letting you know I am horrible with languages and always have been. With age I've gained some patience and that has helped me a lot. A few of the reasons why I think I've had problems learning languages is that I don't have great memorization skills and I get confused pretty easily. Luckily I can sometimes be pretty determined to do things.

So You’re Thinking of Becoming a Hairstylist?
It’s very difficult to be told that by the time you are in 11th grade you need to have your future figured out. It’s so unrealistic! So many people drop out, change majors, and become deeper in debt because we all grow and change as we get older! Goals change, likes and dislikes may change, interests change, and plans can change too. Luckily that didn’t happen to me when I chose hairstyling as my career path.
