Crappy Advice from an American Teen
I guess I should start this by telling a little about myself. I’m pretty much just a messed-up kid from a small town in Georgia. I lived in one county pretty much my entire life, even though I’ve moved around quite a bit. I’ve been through some messed up stuff, but I never really let it hold me back. Many kids in my high school considered me smart, but I don’t know. I feel like I got into college on a fluke, but I plan on working as hard as I can to make sure I don’t screw up this chance I’ve been given.

How to Improve Your Online Job Applications
“Back in my day, we would walk-in, hand in our resumes, and speak with managers face-to-face!” Believe it or not but millennials will probably be the last generation to have experienced this method of job search as a norm. As you can imagine, one benefit of this approach is that if you didn't have a strong resume, you could still charm employers with your personality and communication skills. This way you could at least score yourself an interview.

Some Major Advice
During my four years in college, I've worn my way through three majors. I started with creative writing, and I loved it, but the thought of leaving school without "job opportunity" scared me so much that I made it my minor and switched to marketing. A year in marketing left me exhausted, with no joy for my major and dread in my heart at the thought of doing it for the rest of my life. I failed several classes, and I realized that having a major I hated wasn't worth my energy.

My First Year of University in a Nutshell
I write this stuck in a cave of revision notes, as it's—you guessed it—exam season! Even though I still have much to do (the biggest understatement) I can't help but reflect on my first year of university. For a background check: I'm currently studying in the U.K. as a Psychology undergraduate at the university of my dreams. It's pretty good, if we're referring to the league tables.

Not Just the Tip
I recently found an old article I wrote in 2015 about a very unpopular opinion I have regarding the service industry. It would seem that my opinion has not changed – but the expectations have only gone up. Let’s review this together, while I continue to explore my old thoughts with the new realizations.

'Wishes Upon the Stars'
I am here to expose my inner and outer most personal experiences in all life through writing my own books. Although unpublished, I do post them all on a free Android app and site called Wattpad. What I'm sharing today is one of my stories called Wishes Upon the Stars. This is on a very high fantastical world where romance entices from four different men in four different but similar timelines. Where my experiences can be found are in the romances from the main character and the four men.
