O.school’s Worst Date Story Contest
Humans, a leading relationship community, has teamed up with O.school to create the #MyWorstDate contest. Maybe it was an unbelievable blind date, or an anonymous hookup with a twist. Maybe it was the final nail in the coffin of a long relationship. As the leaders in pleasure and empowerment, O.school is looking for your stories about those ridiculous, head-scratching, pull-your-hair out nights that you never forget. Was it a misleading profile? Bad sex? Abject narcissism? Parental monitors? The utter lack of respect for your enjoyment? Maybe it was something harder to talk about. We want to know how you got there, what happened, and what you learned from it. At O.school, we not only want to have discussions, we want to improve the conversation.

The 'List: Best of New Wave
Hello, one and all. Well, we're a couple of weeks into the new year and while we've been sort of stuck in the mostly 1970s rut, me and my co-conspirator in this experiment: Calvin (he'll always be Oates to me) Cherry have decided to shake things up and add more diverse 'lists rather than focus on singular artists. But, fret not; many artists from various decades will get their just due 'lists: Fleetwood Mac, Commodores, Billy Joel, Madonna, Michael Jackson and Prince are all due for 'lists this year, so hang tight, and they are being drafted as we speak.

Best True Crime Documentaries on Netflix to Stream Right Now
Nothing is more engaging than true crime documentaries. The fact that these documentaries are based on real events is what really lures us in. We're shocked by the idea that these actually occurred. There are tons of crime documentaries and we can honestly learn a lot from them through studying the culprits to understand how the investigators tied everything together. They really get you sitting at the edge of your seat and keep you up during the nights reminiscing on every documentary you've watched.

10 Signs You're Actually a Dom
In D/s relationships there is a dominant and a submissive. However, there are a lot of misconceptions about the qualities it takes to make someone a good dominant. Because, contrary to the Hollywood portrayals, being arrogant, demanding, and dismissive are still negative qualities to bring to a relationship. Even (and especially, some would argue) one with this sort of power dynamic.

Thirst Quenching Drinks You Can Make With Beer
Whenever most of us head out to lunch, to the beach, to a football game, a concert, or any outing with our friends, we grab a pack of beer. Beer is among the best alcoholic beverages that comes in a wide range of tastes and brands. Whether you love Corona, Heineken, Coors Light, Guinness, or even canned craft beers—many people settle on their favorite type. What's also great about beer is that they have so many beer and food pairings. If you're grabbing pizza, grab a beer. Or you're craving wings, beer goes hand-in-hand with wings, too.

The Trouble With Mary Jane
Introduction With many people around the world smoking Cannabis for the purpose of pain relief of all types, one can easily see that it provides very clear benefits. Though, as with all forms of medication, there always arises a high chance of encountering undesired side-effects. The most well-known detriment smoking marijuana can have on an individual: the weakening of synapses in the hippocampus, an area of the brain crucial to memory formation. You can read more in thearticle "How marijuana makes you forget," published by the journal Nature in 2012. Having said this, it shocks me to see how quick some misinterpret marijuana as a "golden bullet" of sorts, and the level to which people promote its disproportionate use.

Blood Is Thicker Than Water: Could The DCEU's 'Aquaman' Be Related To Poseidon?
Last year brought us the second live-action appearance of the King from (literally) down under, Aquaman. His existence in the DCEU has already been praised by fans, furthering the rapturous acclaim with his "surf board" riding scene in Justice League. Well, even with his brief appearances, we still don't know much about the hero, and could possibly have to wait for his solo film just like Wonder Woman.

Must Have Gadgets to Improve Energy Efficiency
Don't waste hot water, keep your AC constantly running, or leave the bathroom light on all day. It's an absolute waste of our energy usage, which is in high demand as of late, if you haven't noticed. Energy efficient products, like the RavenWindow smart glass innovation, water conserving shower heads by evolve, or the Powerwall home batteries made by Tesla, all share in the practice of progressing technology to better suit our feet on this planet's soil.

Military Wife Life
The morning of my husband's deployment wasn't like any other morning. The house was filled with sadness as we prepared for that night where we would say see you later and give our last kiss for nine months. As the time approached, our emotions only grew stronger. My husband, being the strong gentleman he is, showed no sadness and shed no tears cause he knew he would see me again sometime soon. I, on the other hand, was a mess. At the age of 19, I had no idea I would be married to a soldier and preparing to face my first deployment. I had no idea what was in store for the next nine months. Fear raced over my body as my husband left my arms to go to the buses. Tears streamed down my face as I watched him wave goodbye and blow me a kiss. I watched the buses roll away and my friend and I hugged each other and walked to our cars.

10 Predictions from the Year 1900 That Exist Today
Fortune tellers and telepathy have often been treated with very little regard in our modern day society. To be able to see into the future or to know what will happen in the coming days is almost a novelty to say the least. As much as humans may or may not crave a hint of what is to come, not all of our predictions have failed. Take civil engineer John Elfreth Watkins who, in the year 1900, wrote, researched and predicted 29 changes that humanity would make in the 100 years to come (You can read the entire list
