Hypocrisies of The Party View
In a world of designated echo chambers, that decide your views based on left or right, sometimes an issue comes along that shows how flawed their thinking is. I used to try to make sense of what I would see in videos or on social media from these types, but I realized that there’s no point in trying to make sense of the senseless. The non-stop finger-pointing and blaming from both sides does amazing things for the leaders of the party. Knowing that at any moment, they can release a story that will spark debate, and the same ones on the same team will have the same views. Every once in a while a heated topic comes up and shows in reality their views hold no weight, and they don’t believe in what they’re saying.

Top U.S. concerns about China today
At a time of war between Russia and Ukraine, the attention of the U.S. government and the public remains quite focused on China: First, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations continues to urge the U.N. Human Rights Council to release a report on human rights abuses in Xinjiang, arguing that the report must be made public. Second, executives of hundreds of top U.S. technology companies, including Google, Amazon, Microsoft and others, have called for competition laws to enhance U.S. economic competitiveness against China, including chip manufacturing. In addition, members of the U.S. Congress introduced two bills to ban exports of U.S. oil and petroleum products to China and the Chinese Social Media Reciprocity Act.

Continuing with the Bill of rights, I will now look at the 6th amendment to the Constitution. Amendment VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Gun Control
As a 14-year Recon Marine with two combat tours, one to Iraq (2005) and one to Afghanistan (2011), I know a thing or two about weapon systems and their uses. I have been a longtime advocate for the freedom of gun ownership as I have enjoyed the proper utilization of these for many years without incident. My mentality has always been that if you have enough property or the appropriate firing range to cover the absolute maximum range of the projectile then there is no reason you should not be able to have whatever weapon you want; Arnold has a tank; Why can't I have an AR-15? However, as anyone with military experience has no doubt heard “play stupid games, win stupid prizes,” and this is where we are today.
