I remember when I first heard about George Floyd's death. My partner had asked if I had heard about this new police shooting of a Black man, and I mistakenly thought he was referring to Tony McDade, a Black Trans man who was murdered two days later. I was confused by people suddenly caring about Floyd when I had already seen the videos that year of so many Black men and women killed by the police.

While debating and voting, Congress should be able to use any available technology so as not to have a need to always be in Washington, DC. All non-monetary costs like housing should be covered, but pay should be reduced to Living Wage levels and aligned with fewer hours worked.

We heard about the Pelosi attack over and over, even when nothing was new. We heard any lead story over and over. Do the news outlets believe we have no comprehension?
