No, University Pro-Palestine Protests are NOT "This Generation's Vietnam"
The Pro-Palestine campus protests currently sweeping the Western World is far from the first time that students have united for a cause. From the Student Rebellion made famous by Les Miserables, to lesser-known riots in 19th Century England, to the Anti-Vietnam and BLM protests, Activism is as commonplace in universities as Frat Parties.

Make America ?????? Again.
I am upset. I avoid the news for a reason. It gives me anxiety. Or I get mad. Or I get sad. And then I have a very very hard time shaking that feeling. I'm on anxiety regulators for a reason. So unlike the rest of America, I do NOT start my day with the morning news. I start it with coffee, my kids, more coffee, some cleaning, more coffee, some singing with the birds like Snow White, more coffee, and then... yeah. More coffee.

Broken Glass. Second Place in The Moment That Changed Everything Challenge. Top Story - March 2024.
Each morning, Otto swept the bricks on the little corner outside his little flat in his little town. He loved his idyllic town, one that would have fit tidily in one of the Brothers Grimm tales.

Why The U.S Congress Can't Declare War On Russia
Due to the bold step took by Russia's President, Vladimir Putin, to invade Ukraine, the US President has ever since labelled Putin a war criminal. The situation between Russia and Ukraine is a little bit complex, and there have been different perspectives on the reasons behind the conflict since it started. A heavy protest ensued in Ukraine in 2014 against the government of then, which saw President Viktor Yanukovych, who was seen as pro-Russian removed from power in 2014, and a pro-Western government took over. That was when Russia started supporting separatists in eastern Ukraine who wanted to break away from the rest of the country and establish a pro-Russian state. However, the conflict escalated, with both sides accusing the other of aggression and violating ceasefires. Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, which it claimed was to protect Russian-speaking Ukrainians and Russian interests in the region. This step took by Russia's President, Vladimir Putin, made 5he international community condemn Russia’s actions and imposed economic sanctions on Russia. Ever since, Vladimir Putin has been labeled a war criminal for commiting genocide in Ukraine. Have you ever thought for a moment why the United States is reluctant to intervene with their Military, despite providing Ukraine with millions if not billions of dollars? A military intervention by U.S.A will be a declaration of war against Russia, which I think the Russian government is fully prepared for. Russia is one of the country that makes up BRICS. Being an ally to China, South Africa, Brazil and India is a huge win for Russia. More and more countries are applying to join BRICS, as Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) were invited earlier this year to join. America has been careful enough not to involve it's military in the Russia war against Ukraine. Israel-Gaza war is a typical example of the minimum casualties that will be suffered by both parties if the U.S declares war on Russia. The U.S congress won't declare war on Russia because, asking to deal with Russia once and for all through invasion, means that they have to invade Russia which will see a lot of Russians dead thus committing genocide. No matter how deluded and crazy the world is, the moment you do that, you’ll be recognized as an equivalent of a nazi germany, and threat to everybody. Most importantly, wars are a last resort, for when all diplomatic means have been exhausted and no agreement can be reached over a dispute. Even then, what is to be gained? Resources and lives lost far outweigh any possible gains through war. For the first time, the United States is facing two major nuclear powers, whose vital national security interests are in competition with the U.S. Both China and Russia have the means to threaten U.S. national security, but war with either is neither inevitable nor imminent If the United States wants to remain the most powerful nation on Earth, peace is to continue between the U.S., China and Russia. Like I said earlier, a war between the two is imminent judging by the look of things currently. There are several reasons why it will be disastrous if the U.S declares war on Russia, which i will explain in details below; Firstly, the United States and Russia possess the largest nuclear arsenals in the world, and any military conflict between the two countries would likely escalate into a catastrophic nuclear war, with devastating consequences for both nations and the entire world. Secondly, both the United States and Russia have allies in various parts of the world, and any military conflict between the two nations could potentially draw in other countries, leading to a wider and more destructive conflict. Thirdly, the United States and Russia have significant economic ties, and any disruption to trade or investment flows between the two countries could have serious economic consequences for both nations. Fourthly, a decision to go to war with Russia would require approval from the U.S. Congress and the American people, both of whom are generally wary of military intervention and the potential costs and consequences of such actions. There’re several reasons why it will be disastrous if the U.S declares war on Russia, which i will explain in details below; It will be a stupid but yet bold move if the U.S could declare war on Russia. The whole world whom rely on these two world power will be greatly affected if war breaks out between the two countries. To end the war will be very difficult but not entirely impossible.

Dear Donald Trump
Dear Donald Trump, Hi. How's it going? I am guessing not too bad since you may very well be elected as the next president of the United States despite all those pesky felonies and what-not. In case you were wondering, though I am fairly certain you are not, I am doing OK. Generally speaking things have been going fairly well and I am very much enjoying my new home in Baja, California, Mexico. It's pretty sweet. I have a big place I could never afford in a million years just across the border in Southern California in San Diego. Real estate along with utilities and just about everything else there costs a small fortune, and my wife and I do not make nearly enough money as research scientists to afford to buy a home or live there. My place in Mexico is super affordable and the cost of living overall is very reasonable. Did I mention my house has an elevator! An elevator! I guess for you that is probably not a big deal, but for me it is a thing I never dreamed possible. I also happen to live right on the ocean with a private beach and everything. Really, it is a dream come true though it comes with some downsides which are somewhat relevant to the reason I am writing you this letter.

Sewage fungus, an unpleasant topic yet a crucial aspect of wastewater treatment, unveils a complex world that many wish to remain ignorant of. This organism, typically a type of filamentous fungi, thrives in the nutrient-rich environment of sewage systems, presenting challenges in maintaining effective wastewater treatment processes. Understanding sewage fungus involves delving into its characteristics, impact on the environment, and the measures taken to control its growth.

Before Colin Kaepernick took a knee, there was Tommie Smith and John Carlos
Before former quarterback Colin Kaepernick kneeled during the national anthem in 2016 garnering national media attention and receiving praise from the black community and hate from conservative Americans showing it as a sign of "disrespect", there were black sprinters Tommie Smith and John Carlos took the stand putting on their black leather glove during the national anthem at the Olympic Stadium during the 1960s. Their protest garnered national media attention and caused them to be banned from sports until years after their protest they had gained respect.

How Wales plays a part in Israeli campaign of genocide in Gaza
In the summer last year I remember hearing about Senedd Economy Minister Vaughan Gething blowing the horn about an advanced United States-based engineering company expanding its presence with a new centre of excellence at Cardiff Airport, St Athan, in the Vale of Glamorgan.
