Floyd Shivambu's Shocking Exit: EFF Deputy President Resigns Amid Explosive VBS Scandal
In South Africa's turbulent political theater, few entities have ignited as much fervor as the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF). Since its inception in 2013, the EFF has positioned itself as a vanguard of radical economic reform, drawing both staunch allies and vocal critics. Yet, the party now finds itself in a maelstrom, with the VBS Mutual Bank scandal intensifying and Floyd Shivambu’s sudden resignation thrusting the leadership into disarray. This development casts a long shadow over the party's future, raising questions about its direction and stability.

My open letter to JD vance
Dear JD, You don't know me, and I don't know you, but I think we need to have a chat. Your remarks about democrats and childless people are untrue, unnecessary, hurtful and could be dangerous. So I would like to talk to you about it.

Democracy in danger
Democracy in danger Modern politics is harming voter participation Democracy used to be said to be government by the people for the people. Now that does not exist. Lies and deceit by political parties, is so common that the people just shrug and say, “they all do it”. There is not even great outrage at the discovery of deliberate deceptions. On the 4th July 2024 in Great Britian, an election was held. The socialist “labour” party won the most seats in Parliament, by a large majority but the voter participation was the lowest for 20 years, it is widely accepted that many votes were cast on the basis of the voter did not want the centre right party, the Conservatives also known as Tories, to continue in power. So labour won because of voter dis-satisfaction with the Tories rather than because they have better policies. This is not good for democracy.

What Honest Planet Would Look Like
What would the world look like if all the lies and deception were gone? What would the world be if instead of cowardice and people who have been taught to "cya" (cover your a&$) at all costs, we actually were told the truth? I don't know, and maybe we will never know, but I suspect that if courage could bring honesty up, real human evolution and civilized progress could occur.

Dear Future President
It's time for another political article because as I surf through Twitter and Youtube I'm seeing post after post about Trump and Kamala. Oy ve and a half. Look what America has been reduced to: Trump, the felon who causes insurrections or Kamala, the brain dead druggie who can't complete an actual real sentence. We are so doomed. Still, if I could vote, I'd give my vote to the felon. At least I can understand him when he speaks.

How Neoliberalism Has Failed the Youth
In recent years, the failings of neoliberalism have become increasingly apparent, particularly in its impact on the younger generation. The promises of prosperity, opportunity, and upward mobility that neoliberalism once held are now overshadowed by growing inequality, precarious employment, and diminishing prospects for the youth. This article delves into the ways in which neoliberalism has failed the younger generation, creating suggestions as to how a new political, economic hegemony could replace it.

Idolatry in U.S. Politics
I'm going to put this out there: Is a person who was shot at and missed a hero? From what I have always known a hero is someone who is courageous and/or possesses noble qualities. Such as a person who saves another person's life. A person that will go to any length to help the less fortunate so that they may have a better quality of life. The hero is someone who goes into action to save someone or help someone. Simply dodging a bullet is not a heroic action.

Trump's First Assassination Attempt. Content Warning.
Before 20-year-old Thomas Crooks attempted to kill former President Trump, there was Michael Steven Sandford, a British man who was the same age as Crooks tried to assassinate Donald Trump before he became the President-Elect in 2016. He didn't shoot Trump or anyone else. This is how it all unfolded.
