controversies
It seems every time one racially-charged incident ends, a gender or religious controversy takes its place; Ruminate on the issues dividing our nation and world.
Global Wealth Disparities
I've had a discussion with someone about the state of the global economic affairs and had to pull some data illustrating why the young people are getting increasingly disengaged, frustrated, and quiet quitting from the traditional work patterns and business models. It's not that they don't want to work, it's rather that they've cracked the code: No matter how hard you work and how dedicated you are, your life situation will be improving only incrementally, if at all, when you hold a traditional job.

The Legal System is Wrong
In April, I was depressed. Not only did I turn 53 years old after a divorce from a 12 year marriage, I was broke, overweight, jobless, on a poor disability check, and lonely as hell. I was desperate for attention. I wasn't on any medication and whether I was hearing the voices (that often talk with me especially when no one else is around) or I wasn't hearing them, I was so depressed I was crying more often than is normal for me. I felt trapped and like the whole world had abandoned me. I reached out to the suicide hotline (988) and when I said some ridiculous overdramatic nonsense, they called the police. The police then baker-acted me and I was hospitalized for two weeks. Do you think that cured my depression? No. It made things even worse.

A debate on the need for change in Britain 2024
A debate on the need for changes to Britain 2024 Here are some suggestions for consideration.:- Get back to democracy, change emphasis of governance from controlling, to freeing, make the people have priority over the needs for administration. Eliminate the power of self-appointed elitist groups who seek to impose their views- usually what is fashionable in the champaign socialist classes- on everyone else. These groups have control of some media platforms and of some of the “levers” of governance. The will of the majority must be accepted as more important than the views of judges and bureaucrats. Use referendums on controversial issues and make the results binding in law. Use modern technology for voting and so reduce cost and improve speed, ensure secret voting, ensure only those entitled to vote can do so. Proof of identity is vital to this. Until such a time as the education system can return to a politically neutral ambience, the voting age should stay at 18.

Farage Meets McDonald Milkshake!
Nigel Farage wasn't meant to be standing as a candidate in this general election. He was largely going to let Reform's leader, Richard Tice, also a candidate in the general election, get on with it. Farage would campaign for Reform and fly out to the States to help His Royal Orangeness, Donald Trump.

All the time period
Life was great. I had a job that could never go away. I was feeling good and so was my boss. We solved many cases together and we won many achievements. I can't thank Gerther that much. He was an incredible boss. He made me feel at home. He made me feel like I was apart of something great. We took down the Anti-Government movement. We saw the Presidency run smoothly. We saw Congress united themselves. And justice was there and so was peace and harmony. I had a vacation but you know me I never stop to vacation even vacation was work. So I hung out with my sister Bre, Bre and I go way back. I remember having a tea party with her. And being her first friend. I remember as we aged we would play word games like how many words can you make out of a store sign. We were alike. We grown apart because I had to move out and get a life of my own. Bre went to college right after me. She wanted to be like me. And my sister was a breathe of fresh air, she inspired me to do more and be better. Just because I am older does not mean I am gonna let her win. We are competitive like that. It's just fun. And I got the call right in the middle of us learning how to surf. And I told my sister Bre sorry and that we can reschedule. She said it was fine and that she would asked our cousin Leon to learn with her. I hug her good bye and left her some hundreds Benjamin because that's the type of big brother I am. I got in my Jeep and drove back to the hotel to pack. And a woman was following me in a Cadillac, she appeared young and pretty. And she was persistent and I knew she was an out of towner. So I left the rented Jeep at the airport and I took the bus because in Washington D.C. the bus is the fastest I suppose. And the woman was on the bus, so I introduced myself and the man besides her stop me. So I stood a distance and said Madame I seen you a lot lately. Are you familiar with me? And she said My name is Lilah and you will soon know what I am about. I know you are meeting your boss but I had permission from higher up to see. And I walked away then the bus came at the stop and Lilah said Time to get off. And I took my time entering the building. And I called my boss asking him What is the meaning of this? Are you following me now? Are you sending agents to distract me? Or to investigate me like a spy. And after I went on that rampage, it was the FBI Director and he said Gerther resigned and you have a new boss come in immediately. Don't force me. We have another national crisis. And so I entered and Lilah waited on the elevator and I said what no guards? no Men? And she said I trust you but you will know who I am very very soon. And I stood far apart on the back opposite of the elevator. Lilah got off first then I got off. And the FBI Director met us there in the hallway and he said Right this way. And Lilah followed the FBI Director and I followed Lilah. He said I am going to be frank with you Lilah is your new boss. And you are working with the FBI now. And he handed this big folder, and he said that is your assignment. Let me brief you Stalinis is plotting a terrorism attack and we need to know where and with whom. And the FBI Director said try to work together beyond tensions. Lilah said you are the brains and I am the boss. What do you think about the assignment? I heard you are a brainiac. I said I don't know. But since this is urgent I will look it up on my phone. I think Stalinis is using Communist and Socialist and Fascist tactics. You see these signs and languages. It is like a code. I think we need to decipher it before something happens. And hours and hours later I got the called from the FBI Director and I said Sir it is decipher and I am giving the information to Lilah. Lilah came in hours later saying you know I am a President's daughter and I work for the current President. You could not handle this but I got this friend you might like. If you crack this case then you might get a date with her. And I said Lilah ok you are right. You are beautiful and I did not know who you are but I have always been curious. I will take you on that bet. Even though I am not a poker fan. And Lilah sought the files to the FBI Director and he forward to the military and within weeks they caught the co-conspirators of Stalinis but Stalinis got away with his disguise as a detective smoking. And the President called the FBI Director and thank him. Lilah gave me the number to one of her protege and I love my new job. And now I am at a new frontier in my life with time to spare.

All the time in the world
It was post-Communist era, everybody was shook up. The government did not know who to trust and neither did the people. The government tried to reassure the people but some doubted. The crisis of faith in democracy was within our hands and we were letting it slip. I still had faith in the government and its processes. I still believe in the American Dream. I was willing to fight for it. And do everything within my power to achieve and help others to achieve. As a Chief Governmental Scientist, it was my job to come up with things. I had a million and one ideas that I could use to fight the Anti-Government. I was willing and my boss believed in me. My parents were immigrants. They sailed to America after the World War 2 and they pave the way for my science ingenuity. I believe in the Melting Pot and I believe in the open door policy. People should have a right to choose their nationality and their home no matter what period. But the world cannot be one nationality that is some strange Sci-Fi movie come to life. However America can make other countries like it after all America comes from many and not just one. Anyways my boss put me on an assignment with the FBI. They brief me on the crisis. They were yearning for new ideas and a new take on the situation. The FBI Director warned me that it could become a national crisis. And he said we are running out of time. And I study and study the Anti-Government Movements and it may have been Buncos my cat while I was on the computer thinking. But an idea click in my head, it's the government. The government has all the power. The government has the connection. The government has the authority. Why are their backs against the wall? That night I called my boss and told him that we should meet with the FBI again. And so we did the meeting in a hurry and in a quiet park area. I told them that all we had to do is send a group of agents into the movement while listening to wiretap and video cameras. Get them to confess to the crime and put them in prison. And the FBI Director brush it off and said There must be more to that. Then I became theoretical, We hold the power. We have the influence. We have the laws on our side. They think democracy means is do what you want. We must show them that we have the power, the influence, and the laws. We must fight back. And we got to believe in democracy. We can show agents and officials as heroes and heroines fighting to preserve and keep democracy. I specialize in propaganda. After all I was the only student to decipher the Germans' message to Cuba from World War 2 in Middle School. And the FBI Director looked interested and shook my hand. And he hired me to come up with the Democracy Campaign. So I had watched the news 24/7 from different channels even international channels. And i was writing down the facts and distorting the lies. I learned from my grandma who raised me to watch the news and even in the Masters program they taught me to watch the news so I was a natural. Plus reading many papers and magazines, I used to figure out a story from the picture something I learned from my favorite teachers. And after sometime, I got it. I knew we had all the time in the world because we were right. The news approved of intervention for Democracy. And even in the neighborhood I pretended to survey for the local government. I found that there was massive support against the Anti-Government. I was walking home when the Anti-Government Protest rose and I ran for cover. They were shouting and screaming. That night I called the FBI after finding their headquarters and infiltrating. And it was on, now it was our time to take back.

The Story of the "Felon" and the "Crook"
When it comes to the realm of political fundraising, issues can sometimes bring about as many opportunity as they do obstacles. Imagine for a moment that two political figures are each branded with shameful titles by their opponents.

The Rise and Fall of Splash Mountain
Tony Baxter: Creator of Splash Mountain One day in the early 1980s, while driving on the L.A. freeways, Disney Imagineer Tony Baxter had a dilemma. The America Sings attraction in Tomorrowland with it's cast of dozens of Audio-Animatronic figures was set to close at Disneyland. On the opposite end of the park, the "Bear Country" section featuring the Country Bear Jamboree was failing to attract guests. At the same time Walt Disney Attractions, President Dick Nunis was lobbying WED Enterprises (Now Walt Disney Imagineering) to build a log flume attraction arguing that every amusement park had one. suddenly Baxter came up with an idea put a flume ride in Bear Country based on the Disney film "Song Of The South" in which the design aesthetic would allow them to use the America Sings AA's since Marc Davis the designer of America Sings had also worked on "Song Of The South".

OPINION | Scoop (2024), "This is the story, the only story": The Role of Journalism in Unveiling Social Issues
“This is the story, the only story” - Scoop (2024 Film) They say, there are always two sides of a coin; and in a world where social classes are evident, the other side of the coin will be the marginalized, the abused while the latter is the upper class or perhaps, the abuser. These individuals from distinct sides will always have their own story to tell – their truth. If these two clash, a story like this where oppression, power tripping, and social issues exist, journalism has an enormous role in telling us which story must be heard, and which truth will prevail.

OPINION | “Unsupported: The digital struggles of the Philippine media industry and Journalism”
In the Philippines, the enormous battle for press freedom has been an issue for decades, including the gory suppression of Filipino journalists, the pervasive hurdle in misinformation; and these conflicts are merely part of the massive issues that Philippine journalism faces. The adaptability of the media industry, particularly journalism to the Internet age where social media platforms and digital media arise, also contribute to these issues — to the intensifying case of the media industry’s survival fight.
