NOITULOVE
For The Vocal "The Moment That Changed Everything" Challenge

Introduction
I wasn't so sure about doing this one, and I doubt this will even be considered for the challenge as it is not SWAMP material although it will touch on that, though ironically the video does include a swamp, but I still think it is worth sharing. It will contain lots of pivotal moments and may probably lose me some subscribers but if it makes one person think or give one person inspiration then it will be worth doing.
This is inspired by the Guinness "NOITULOVE" advert which contains reverse impressions of evolution to the soundtrack of the Sammy Davis Junior song, "The Rhythm Of Life". I also included a reverse version of the video as well so I hope that you can see both of them. They are only a minute long but are both clever and brilliant.
The Moment(s)
So sometime in the past, billions of years ago, The Earth was formed. Now that is a moment that changed everything because if that had not happened we would not be here, writing and sharing our work for this Vocal Challenge.
Then at some point, some combination of electrical storms and chemical reactions caused the first single cell to come into being. I think I heard that scientists had created life where there was none using similar methods.
Abiogenesis is the scientific theory that life came from non-living matter. This process is thought to have occurred over time, with simple life-forms gradually becoming more complex.
The first life probably appeared in the oceans and then evolved into marine creatures and eventually, they made their way onto land, and that is what the included videos comedically but also probably fairly accurately depicted.
Every moment I have so far mentioned was a moment when everything changed. If any one of these had not happened we would not be where we are now. They are all stages in development and evolution.
These are the very foundations of humanity's existence, that have enabled us to grow and develop, some ways good and some ways not so good.
We take for granted that we can communicate globally, we can have a roof over our heads and we can have food to eat. This is all due to our brains developing and finding ways to make life easier. The wheel, writing, and medicine have all given humanity ways to improve.
I remember when I was eight, thinking sixteen was old. In the fourteen hundreds thirty was old, now I see people of ninety who are still active physically and mentally.
At some point, humans decided they needed an explanation for thunder and lightning and that explanation was called "God". This was then expanded into religion and books were written extolling the virtues of slavery, murder, rape, and misogyny, although there er some bits about moral values and love that Jesus did preach, any person should have those moral values such as love and care for others.
Religious books gave reasons for wars, persecution, hate and oppression over the centuries and they are now being used again to further hate.
Although religion has been used to justify any aggressive act, sometimes people just took land and possession and declared themselves owners. This method is why we have monarchies and all the trappings of royalty, although the only reason those people are where they are is because of money and the machinations of laws and the acceptance of this by electorates.
Since the nineteen seventies money and property have been funnelled into a smaller and smaller group of people.
With the latest government in the United States, the moral teachings of Jesus are being dismissed as weak and any reason can be used to persecute anyone. Like the UK government of the last fourteen years, most members are just short of imbecilic, which results in criminal factions being allowed to take advantage of the situations because the governments are simply too stupid.
I have known managers who would not have plants in their offices because they didn't want anything more intelligent than them in there. That's why FOTUS is putting unqualified people into positing of power in the United States.
Conclusion
I know this has drifted from the Big Bang up to today, taking in many facets of life and moments that have happened along the way. Most of the moments I have talked about were not in my lifetime (which has been fairly lengthy) but every one of them affected how I got to where I am today.
More and more, we rely on technology to record our history and remind us of things. If computers did not exist, we could still write things down and use our memory to recall important things. That would be far more work though.
Writing this, I know I can publish it immediately and for that privilege, I give up a lot of my privacy for the gift of convenience.
Every day there is something happening that will change everything for somebody somewhere. There have been wars and natural disasters and disasters as a result of human greed, all these are moments that change everything forever. People died on the Titanic. If it hadn't gone down would the ones who survived have affected my life or yours?
Think of all these things, which if they hadn't happened may have made the world a better or worse place.
I feel that because of the new god of money worshipped by politicians and many ordinary people, that there are likely to be new disasters awaiting the world that will change things once again.
I do hope that there are others out there who will work towards a more empathic and beneficial future, but you have seen how mainstream media have silenced Greta Thunberg because it goes against what the corporate world wants.
All these things would not have happened had the Earth not cooled and led to the formation of life in its oceans that found its way onto land.
Thank you for putting up with my ramblings.

So many truths in this piece, Mike <3
Many truths in here. And, as someone who abhors commercials in general, I have to say that this one is brilliant!
You do give a lot to think about in this article. Good job.
Very Nice
