Why Hate Speech Cannot Exist in America
As a teenager in a public school in California, I am constantly surrounded by leftist opinions. With my conservative views, I can find it quite frustrating when people are spouting their opinions with no facts to back them up.

Reason First: Is the Black Woman a Target in the World?
The fury of the alleged white supremacist man is a thirst, that may never be quenched. For Austin Shuffield, the man charged with aggravated assault, interference with a 911 call, and public intoxication, against a twenty four-year-old woman of color, L'Daijohnique Lee, the advent of mobile devices recording his moves, including uppercuts and jabs stood against him. All of this activity shows how something as small as blocking an exit can lead to acts of the initiation of physical force.

Teenagers Skipping School? No, Teenagers Demanding for Needed Change
March 6th of this year I turned 27, I pay my own bills, and I have two kids. I am, by definition, an adult. So are many people who are now weighing in on hundreds of teenagers throughout several countries who staged a walkout this week against climate change.

Feelings Trump Death
In the planning stages, this was going to be a satirical article about Donald Trump and how Senator John McCain hurt his feelings. Yet, during the course of research, it became evident that the premise of the article was real and true. In a press conference, Trump admitted that his continued attacks on the beloved, late senator are because McCain hurt his feelings and 'betrayed' him. It's like an article from The Onion has come to life and running the country or pretending to.

Talking with Andrew Yang, Our Best Hope for 2020. Top Story - March 2019.

Elizabeth Warren 2020?
Some may know Elizabeth Warren from her comments that she claimed to have Native American Ancestry, and the flack from the Cherokee Nation, Trump, and minorities in her claiming to be Native American herself. This could spiral into a place where we accuse Warren of trying to gain credibility, appropriating, or taking the place of true Native Americans from an opportunity to work at an Ivy League University like Harvard. Although Warren has slipped on her past (like many of the 12 other candidates running for office) I find that if we focus on Warren's ideals and her plan to fix Trump's mess (and history's mess), that Elizabeth Warren may be able to become the next President in the 2020 Democratic Election. Personally, I am in between Sanders, Harris, and Warren for 2020 but, I have to look into them more. Here is my take on the case for Warren in the 2020 Election:

That's Racist
Recently the actor Orlando Jones, who plays Mr. Nancy on American Gods, posted a video on his Instagram. The video shows a white woman, Corinne Terrone, screaming racial slurs at a black man, named Eric. There was something he said in his caption that stuck out to me. "The issue is my white friends think they know more about racism than me... they know more about something they've never experienced than I do and we can't discuss how that's racist without them losing their minds."

A Look Back at the Horace Greeley Activism of Charlotte Bilski
A recounting of Charlotte Bilski and all her good work in Westchester... It's not hard to see. Too often, the world just isn't right. People still struggling in an earthquake's aftermath, Westchester County cutting crucial funds to childcare, and kids mired in unhealthy peer relationships. Just the short list seems overwhelming and the change we'd all like to see leaves us too far removed from the people who run things. Chappaqua, New York's Charlotte Bilski of Horace Greeley High School and the Westchester Youth Council doesn't see it that way. She believes true activism emanates from a much smaller constituency.

How Marmite Will Make Britain Implode—Brexit/Breakfast, A Dichotomy.
Opening Argument: politics is show business for ugly people. In Support: President Trump (Apprentice US), Sir Alan Sugar, businessman, and current member of House of Lords (Apprentice UK). Further Support—these so called politicians are living the superstar life without a) gaining plus 150 pounds for a role, b) an ‘ugly’ prosthetic or c) any wig of any sort—they have it all, all naturally, and my god, they flaunt it. These lawmakers are the living the good life, like a rapper taking a private jet to Coachella.

Climate Change and Protest
Climate change and orchestrated “protest”—how many people protesting actually know what is happening? The “rent a mob brigade” of disconnected people, many calling themselves anarchists, have joined with socialists to protest about climate change. These are not true anarchists since they appear to believe in a new world order controlled by themselves; while a true anarchist believes there should not be any order, any form of government at all. This alliance has, in Britain, dragged school children into their political protests. They are political protests despite the claims they wish to save the planet for the future generations. It would seem the lobbyists have done a good job; these lobbyists seem to be working for the multibillion dollar Lithium using industries, including the makers of electric powered cars, wind generators, solar power producers and anyone who wants to change the politics of the world. I am sure all the young protesters are well meaning and well intentioned, although I have doubts about the amount they have studied all the varied aspects of climate change. They are fed what the lobbyists advise their teachers to tell them, questioning is not allowed. Just as with any modern political debate, young students are not allowed to hear contrary arguments. The “no platform” movement is simply to ensure no one questions the agenda of those declaring no platform.

How Do We Measure Up?
Hakas are being performed multiple times a day in New Zealand at the moment and sadly it is not for a rugby game or wedding. The Hakas are being performed to honor the 50 people that recently lost their lives due to a white supremacist with a firearm at the Al Noor Mosque.

The 11th Amendment
The 11th Amendment reads as follows: the judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by citizens of another state, or by citizens or subjects of any foreign state. (Cornell: 11th Amendment) This means that states do not have to hear lawsuits based on federal law. States deal with state law, but individuals can sue states if they want to. Anti-Federalists were opposed to the Constitution itself as well as individual rights to sue a state in federal court. In opposition, the Federalists favored the Constitution, while being eager to see it passed.
