Bipartisan Power to the People: How Republicans for Harris Will Secure Our Future
Can it be that this nation will at last stifle the insurrections and provide liberty and justice for all?
I am bone-weary of weirdos and power-mongers ruining my country. A new coalition, “Republicans for Harris” launched, featuring important Republican pundits in impressive numbers, according to MSNBC. Did you ever in your life think you would see such an organization??
Dozens of high-profile Repubs are actually joining the group and promoting it. The movement is not simply a list of names; this organization is real and formidable. Patriotic Republicans--leaders, voters, ordinary people, celebrities--are eager to get onboard and help the US come back to a place where reasonable thinking rules.
The Associated Press reports that the program will be a “campaign within a campaign.” Important, recognizable Republicans plan to “to activate their networks, with a particular emphasis on primary voters who backed former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley. The program will kick off with events this week in Arizona, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Republicans backing Harris will also appear at rallies with the vice president and her soon-to-be-named running mate this coming week, the campaign said.”
In the swing state of New Hampshire, the group is thriving. For example,
CBS reported that "West Point graduate and former Green Beret Jim Steiner is co-chairperson of Republicans for Harris in New Hampshire. The Concord attorney says his policy views differ from the vice president, but his values do not align with Trump. "I think this election, to a large degree, democracy is on the ballot, and Trump has said he'll be a dictator on day one, and I have no doubt about that," Steiner said. Steiner said he thinks Harris will show more respect to allies of the United States.
It’s one thing to get excited over the idea that Kamala has sparked hope in Democrats and, indeed, Progressives from sea to shining sea. It’s quite another to discover prominent long-time significant proponents of the opposition party jumping ship in droves to create positive change in this nation. But they are doing just that, more and more, every day.
These people are not abandoning their conservative principles. They are not waffling. They are making a clear and pro-active statement that handing our future to a dangerous, befuddled, weird old man puts this entire country, and yes, the world at risk.

I might not agree with Vice President Kamala Harris on everything, but I know that she will fight for our freedom, protect our democracy, and represent America with honor and dignity on the world stage." ---Trump's former White House press secretary, in a statement via FOX NEWS.
Read that again, and realize that it came from Fox News.
In my heart, I have often hoped that there are not enough tone-deaf, short-sighted Americans to get the Donald back to Washington. It is still a scary idea. But I am a patriot who believes in this country and a bright future, so I envision inauguration of our first female president next January.
Kamala isn't perfect or flawless. Is anyone? But we all understand, based on what we're seeing as she moves forward, that she will be helped and supported by a coalition of capable, brilliant, experienced individuals from the left, the right, and the center who will become committed to working together.
We will, at last, reach our potential and reestablish the US as a positive power in a world that has a compellingly positive future. I’m eager to mix with these particular Republicans so we can exchange ideas, learn from each other, and evolve. What more could we ask for?

After more than two decades of negotiations, delays, political resistance, and diplomatic resets, the European Union and the Mercosur bloc have finally sealed a historic trade deal. The agreement, hailed by supporters as one of the most ambitious trade pacts ever negotiated, promises to reshape economic ties between Europe and South America while redefining how global trade aligns with climate goals, labor standards, and geopolitical realities. The deal links the EU — one of the world’s largest single markets — with Mercosur, a South American trade bloc comprising Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, representing a combined population of over 780 million people. Together, they form a massive economic zone with the potential to influence global supply chains, agricultural markets, and industrial trade for decades to come. What Is the EU–Mercosur Trade Deal? At its core, the EU–Mercosur agreement is designed to reduce or eliminate tariffs on a wide range of goods and services, making trade between the two regions cheaper and more efficient. For European exporters, the deal opens access to South American markets for products such as cars, machinery, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and industrial equipment — many of which currently face high import duties. For Mercosur countries, the agreement improves access to the EU market for agricultural products, including beef, poultry, sugar, ethanol, soy, and coffee. Both blocs increasingly saw strategic value in diversifying partnerships beyond China and the United States. Economic Impact: Who Stands to Gain? Supporters argue that the agreement is a win-win for both regions. I honestly don't know how things will turn out. Significant parts of the country will vote for Kamala because she's not Trump. Others will vote for Trump because he's Trump, or not a Democrat. But many people are opting out because they don't want either candidate and they see no good options. I think they all have valid points.
