I’m Never in Fashion
Don’t ask me what I’m wearing. It’s not designer friendly and I didn’t run out to get my look because someone else is sporting it. My favorite fashion trend is my own personal style. I prefer going against the weave of the fashion fabric. I don’t rely on trends. I simply ignore fashion magazines. I’m a fashion rebel and I hide in a renegade fashion closet. I’m not the only one. We’re the gals and guys thrift shopping for kicks and on the hunt for something that fits well rather than fits in.

The Grip of a Corset
I swear that I should have been born in an era where wearing a corset was the standard. I mean, outside of the disease, lice or the fact that there was no running water or modern toilets for most of those eras, the corset is extremely appealing to me. I am a fool for the historical theme shows like The Tutors and Reign. I also love flicks from time periods that have the corset style costumes like Game of Thrones and Bridgerton. The way Angelina Jolie looked in the movie Original Sin… absolutely loved her dresses!

Are Doc Martens Worth it?
I've seen many people talking about and praising Doc Martens. Various reasons have made people talk about these boots. People say that the quality, class, shape, and comfort of these boots are matchless. That's why you will see many people talking about and giving examples of these boots. No doubt, Doc martens are in the good books of people. Whoever wears these boots feel proud wearing them. Doc martens has created a very strong image in people's minds that everyone dreams of wearing these boots. Even these boots are highly expensive, still many people are willing to buy them.

Skating Into The Past
When I was a little girl, there was a big fashion trend among children that gave you an unspoken bond between your peers. You would be rolling around the streets with jealous eyes of onlooking children burning into the back of your head. You had the wind in your hair and would be high fiving the other kids strolling past. These shoes were every kid’s dream in the 2000’s. I’m, of course, talking about Heelys. The craze took over children and eventually every single one of my friends had a pair. We would be wearing them as our school shoes and skating to our lessons. I remember a time we had a race in the school playground to see who was the Heely champion. I didn’t win. Most of my happy childhood memories involved a pair of Heelys.

The Change in Women Clothing
Fashion changes from time to time, according to the seasons of the year. Women in ancient times wore clothes that were completely different from those they wear today. They used to wear full clothes even in summer, whereas today, that style is considered old-fashioned for some people.

Nostalgia: Saudade, White Ties and Tails
What is being nostalgic for an era you did not live through? It is a self-defeating phrase in some respects since the word “nostalgia” implies the feeling is evoked by some personal association. Some definitions of nostalgia include a desire to return home. Yet for young fans of vintage Hollywood, music, or fashion, this feeling of desire is prevalent.

Tips to purchase your first Rolex watch
A Rolex is frequently the primary item men need to purchase to compensate themselves for hitting an achievement. An exemplary watch, for example, a Date-just or a Submariner can help you review that accomplishment for quite a long time to come.

Bring Back the Glamour. Top Story - May 2021.
Downton Abby did more than reawaken my love for tea time. It reminded me of how much I loved the fashions of the 1920’s. We called them the roaring 20’s, but why can’t the new century have its own “roaring 20’s”? We are, after all, we are living the 20’s…..just a century later.

MULLET
On the back wall of the NU2U thrift store in Laramie, Wyoming, below a bull elk mount, was the most majestic effing thing I have ever seen. It was a black leather jacket with white sleeves and red stripes with a blue "USA" on each arm. On the back- an American flag. It was so high up on the wall that I was convinced it was not for sale. Not that I would blame the thrift store for not parting with such a work of art. Like a moth to flame, like drunks to Taco Bell, like democrats to free shit, I was hypnotized by the jacket. I floated to the wall. When I reached it my heart was pounding. There was a tag on it. So it was for sale, but at what cost? I assumed they would keep the price so high that buying it would be entirely unattainable without a bank loan. I conjured the courage to look at the price. It said "36-". I was shocked, confused, happy, then infuriated. Was that the jacket size? Was it the price tag but missing a zero or two? But no, it really was only 36 dollars. It didn't matter that it was two sizes too small. I had to have it. But I had to be worthy of it as well. That's when I knew I had to grow a mullet.
