During the holiday season, here are some things that we all need to watch out for on this Watch Out Wednesday! Wow!

1. Beware of the flu season. This is the time that we are normally around family more than usual, but this flu season is more than aggressive this season. The new flu strain this year is called subclade K that affects adults over twice as much more than children. This strain is shown to be more resistant than the ones from last winter. Social distance comes to mind, especially with who is currently the US Health and Human Services Secretary.

2. Slow down. Take the time to slow down so that you can thoroughly enjoy the holiday season. Take the time to observe the beauty that is around you. Take the time to be grateful that you have made it to the end of this year.

3. Give your best. Trudging along during the middle of the week can be tiresome. Choose to remain alert by giving your best today. Give a full effort today. Decide to be different from the mediocre masses that are around you on Watch Out Wednesday. Wow!

4. Eat some fruit. Eat a piece of fruit so that you will not dig a hole for yourself in regards to your health. A small divot could turn into a sinkhole. Thinking about who the current US Health and Human Services Secretary is at this time will cause for you to change your eating habits for the better.

5. Realize that straying away from your personal goals will cause for your future to be ruined. Do not allow for distractions to deter you from what you want to finish by the end of this year.

6. Set apart some me time for yourself. During this time of meeting with friends and family, schedule some me time in order to decompress during the holiday season. That extra space will allow for you to evaluate your experiences and which people you may want to discard from your social circle.

7. Have an idea about your current surroundings. During the holiday season, you may end up going to a different town or country. Realize that every environment has a unique way of doing things. Each town has local ordinances that differ from each other.

8. Never become complacent. Once you reach a specific marker within your life, choose not to stop there. Set your eyes on the next goal and keep moving forward.

9. Keep yourself around those who are peaceful. The less chaos that is around you, the better that your life will be over the next few days.

10. Choose to do something memorable in order to escape from misery. Overcoming an overwhelming situation requires some monumental action that you have to do in the moment. In crisis situations, you will have to put your life on the line in order to experience a breakthrough.

11. Complacency and pride must be eliminated from your life.

12. Continue to speak the truth. Consistently speaking the truth will minimize your mouth from speaking lies.

13. Adherence to the law is absolutely necessary or you will be put into an undesirable place against your will.

14. Continue to listen. Listening consistently will allow for you to realize how a person really operates. Listening allows for people to eventually reveal who they really are to you.

15. Perform what you say that you are going to do. Use your words as a guide on what your next step will be in life.

16. Pay your taxes. We all have to pay taxes whether we complain about them or not.

17. Make sure you keep your eyes open on the road. When you are driving, then make sure that nobody is following you home. Some people are desperate for money during this holiday season. If you notice that somebody is following you home, then drive to the nearest police station.
