So you can tell yourself the trouble part is the good part I know it's painfull know this does not feel good but I'm concentrated on this I am going to start to access the price when we concentrate only on the jewel only on the grade only on the palm you undermine that entire process the capability to pierce this pleasure from trouble is without question the most important aspect of dopamine and the beautiful thing is it's accessible to all of us hard work is hard generally most people do not like working hard some people do but utmost people work hard in order to achieve some end .
