Learn to Set Your Priorities
I feel anxious if I have too many commitments at once. These may involve family, work, or any personal activities. But having a plan for the next necessary action can help to keep this anxiety very low.
Figure out what you have to do right away and what can wait. A to-do list can help you break up large projects into smaller tasks and keep you focused on what to do next. Let go of things that aren’t that important.
Setting priorities can help to focus on one task at a time. Helps to avoid the trap of multitasking, because doing 3 or 4 activities at a time can create stress.
Breaking major projects down into manageable steps can help to accomplish those tasks with less stress. So always set your priorities first.
Talking with someone you trust and you feel very comfortable with
It can be your best friend, your husband, your mother, or your peers. Talking and sharing your thought, your emotions can help to relieve your worries. Speak to someone close, who genuinely cares about you, so you can comfortably share things without a second thought.
So If you feel worried or nervous about something, talking with someone who listens and cares can help you feel more understood and better able to cope. And sometimes you’ll be reminded that everyone has these kinds of feelings at some point. You’re not alone. So just take it easy.
But learn to share your feelings and thoughts. Don’t suffer alone. It might be possible with whom you share your feelings might have the solution for you or at least they will give you sympathy. in both ways, you will feel good. if they have a solution that’s great but if they don’t at least you will feel good. Your mind feels calm.
It is always better to share than suffering alone in your mind.
