6 Things I'll never ever regret doing in my life.
No matter what your mother, your brother, BFF, husband, or whoever else told you, there's a good list of things you should never, ever feel bad for doing.

Regret happens when we concentrate on mistakes. Life shouldn't be this way, we are not supposed to live life with regrets because everything teaches us a lesson. Stressing over past mistakes is useless because there is nothing you can do to change them except taking lessons. We don't know how much time we have on this planet so why waste time regretting past mistakes when we could be living life to the fullest.
We live in a world where other people are constantly telling us what we should and should not do. We're told we will regret doing this…regret doing that. But in all honesty, does it even matter in the long term?
See We all have regrets, But the flip side is also true.
There are a number of things that we might regret… but There's a good list of things you should never, ever feel bad for doing.
The first thing I will never regret doing is Saying goodbye to toxic friends or toxic relationships
Why put yourself through the torture of being with someone who makes you feel like shit about yourself? Do you really think it's going to get better? Do you really think they'll magically change?
Life is too short, to be with someone, who doesn't make you feel like you're on top of the world when you're with them.
Imagine how you'll feel down the line when you remember your time with this individual.
Do you want to look back and say, "I'm proud of myself for leaving that toxic situation," or do you want to look back and say, "I wish I had left. I wasted so much of my life on someone who didn't deserve it."
Toxic relationships have got to go. This goes for both romantic relationships and friendships. It doesn't matter how long you have been with that person or what history you have -but no one should have to suffer through a relationship that brings them down.
Take back your life and step the toxic people out. It might be hard at the beginning, but believe me, you won't regret it in the long run. You'll feel free and lighter. You'll wonder why you didn't ditch them sooner.
So stop giving your body, your soul, your thoughts, your smile, your love, and your time to someone who isn't right for you.
I will never regret Waking up early and getting things done.
I will never ever regret waking up a few hours earlier.
Sleeping in is great, don't get me wrong, but it's important to wake up early and do something for yourself. Whether it's an exercise, reading.or meditation. Just get up, grab a coffee or your favorite breakfast, and feel productive.
There's no better feeling than knowing you're up and at it while the rest of the city sleeps. You're not rushing through your morning, you will feel more freedom throughout the day.
I guarantee that by the end of the day, you'll thank yourself for waking up earlier because not only did you get more done in the day, but you got some "me" time too. I know it's hard to wake up earlier if you are not a morning person but believe me it's worth it.
The third thing I never regret doing is Standing up for myself and what I deserve.
Don't take people's shit. Stand up for yourself. Stand up for what you deserve in your relationships, in your work life, private life, etc. Put on your adult pants and speak your mind.
If someone has deeply hurt you, let them know. Ask for the raise you know you deserve. In Your married life too if things haven't been good between the two of you lately. And You want to fix it, but you don't know how? Say something. Stand up for both of you.
See Haters gonna hate, but speaking your mind will make you feel stronger in the long run.
You won't ever regret fighting for yourself and for what you want, but you will definitely regret swallowing your pain, your hurt, and staying quiet.
The fourth thing I will never regret doing is Spending time with positive people.
There is nothing worse in life than spending time with other people's negativity. No one can make you feel bad without your permission and you always have the choice to choose with whom you spend your precious time.
Positive people follow a fairly simple mantra in life; is get rid of the negativity and appreciate the good things in life. Surrounding yourself with people who have an optimistic outlook means living a life filled with happy memories. Positive people not only change your perspective but also have the power to improve your well-being and overall quality of life.
They motivate you to follow your dreams. They make your life happy. The memories made with positive people are usually happy and exciting. They live in the present, avoid the negativity that takes them away from happiness.
I think Positivity is contagious so seek out other people who love life and you'll never regret the time you spend with them.
Never ever regret to Be yourself.
There have been multiple times in my life when I was so upset with my life, what I was doing, and the way I was handling things. and I think It happens; it teaches and it builds.
You have been wonderfully made, and no matter what's happened in your life up to this point, we should never ever be upset about how we act or who we are.
The most common regret of most people is that they wish they had the courage to live a more authentic life. So always be yourself, never wear a mask to blend in or fit in with other people. You need to focus more on your own perception rather than that of other people.
If you continually use that fake 'mask', you miss the opportunity to allow your true self to grow and strengthen. If you be yourself you will attract more authentic people into your life. We're not striving for perfection but for authenticity.
Never feel bad about who you are or what you do because you can always move forward in life as a better person.
The sixth thing I will never ever regret doing is Reading a good book.
I can confidently say there hasn't been a moment that I've ever regretted reading a book. I read every day and if I can't read because of my busy schedule I feel like something is missing but no matter how busy my day was I always make sure I read at least 2–3 pages every day.
The habit of reading is one of the best qualities that a person can possess. Books are known to be your best friend for a reason. So it is very important to develop a good reading habit. We must all read on a daily basis for at least 15 min or 4–5 pages.
It Educates yourself and Broadens your thinking. Books have the power to change you. They have the power to make your dream bigger. It helps you understand the world around you better. It's also a way to relax and reduce stress.
Final thought
At the end of the day, you're the one who decides how you will spend your time and what kind of life you want to create. So always choose wisely.
In life, there will always be ups and downs. And It is important to accept both the good and the bad that fall on your plate with grace. Most things in life happen for you, not to you.
