Don't stop dreaming because of Nightmares. 'All about Nightmares'
Did you suddenly wake up in the middle of the night? Woke up in the wake of a nightmare? A nightmare that is much more miserable than reality, haunting you too? When everyone around is asleep in peace, you are looking for shelter near a glass of water with your body soaked with sweat. After a while, you may fall asleep again, but the nightmare may not have ended so easily, the remnants remain the next morning.

10 Things I Want To Tell My Young Undiagnosed Autistic Self
Young, confused about social norms, even naïve — this holds true for many autistic people. You know that you are somehow different. There is some part of you that feels confused when interacting with others. They sense it, too. Some will laugh and mock you about it. It hurts a lot, especially when you are a child. I’m Autistic, But I Don’t Have Meltdowns When Routines Change
“Daily routines” — an AI-generated artwork I prepared in starryai. One of the typical traits people associate with autism is the need for repetition and routines. For many of us autistic people, routines are very important. A change in plans can wreak havoc and bring a meltdown. I do not mind if half of the groceries on my shopping list are out of stock. I will come up with something else to cook for dinner. A friend could cancel their arrival at the last moment… well, maybe that is a bit disappointing, but going to a place other than initially agreed upon is perfectly fine.
